Absolutely a brilliand day - above expectations!! The course is a good mix between technical skills and enjoyable cooking. Very high quality and freshness of ingredientes. Interesting and varied yet accessible and replicable at home receipts. And final note: staff and teachers are very competent

When I like to have an indian dinner but don’t feel like cooking, Ashers is where I go. The rotli and sabzi combinations are simply amazing. Fresh food which in a home cooked style is amazing. The sweet mango pickle that comes along with the food is great as well!

If in Wembley and you intend to eat a Gujarati meal then this restaurant can be a good option.

This is close to Alperton station at a walkable distance.

The staff here is very friendly and they guided us well.

The Gujarati Thali which I ordered was really nice will recommend it.

Maybe Wembley is teeming with such joints, I wouldn't know. But the food here is as simple and as satisfying as it can get. The Gujarati thali has just everything one needs. The cooking here doesn't show off but in the way that only home food can, it hits the sweet spot. The veggies that day were kala chana subzi and aloo matar. The rotis were close to perfection and just a dollop of shrikand to top it all off.  Good old yellow dal & rice, curd & pickle plus a cool buttermilk. Can't get enough of it, though I literally did, haha.

I'v not eaten here but have heard good things about this place, but always get frozen samosa and spring rolls from here and they are amazing. The service and staff are friendly. So for your gujiarati taste bugs make a visit here.

It's a radical Gujrati eating joint near Alperton. Simple Gujrati food is their USP. The seating is fine, you have to speak a little Gujrati to strike a chord with the waiters. You can order breads plus 2 sabzis in a thali, ( you can choose between rotlis, rotlas and any two sabzis amongst a offering of 5 sabzis). The food is radically Gujrati, straight from a Surati kitchen. The rotlis are like we have in any Gujrati home. The sabzis are non-spicy and easy on your tummy. We have ordered for a khichadi which was ghee-laden and heavy. End the show with a Mohan-Pak, how can you exit a gujju joint without having sweets !! Overall a nice economical place if you are in a mood for authentic Gujrati cuisine👍🏻

Place is good. I have tried khichadi-kadhi , thepalas and shrikhand here. All were good in taste. Price is reasonable. Service is a bit slow but staff is friendly. I would recommend this place.

One of the highlights of my recent SharedCity tour of Ealing Road was the last stop of our walk – lunch at local favourite, Asher’s Africana Restaurant. A minimalist’s dream and a vegetarian’s delight (especially if either is on a tight budget), Asher’s Africana is a smart spot to keep in mind for a tasty and wholesome meal on the cheap.

The best place for an authentic Gujarati thali in London! The kadhi-rotla is my all time favourite. A must-visit for Gujarati food lovers!
Service is decent enough considering the fact that the food is so cheap!

If you really Missing traditional homemade Gujarati food than this is the best place you can try. Don't worry about the interior of the restaurant, the food they serve is really authentic especially the Puran puri that was delicious. It's a family owned restaurant and their service is amazing as well. Special mention to their Chutneys all three of them are delicious.

one of the best vegetarian thali I have had in London waiter got a selection of curries in small bowls on a thali with him to our table while taking our order - we ordered 3 dishes and where able to choose which curries we wanted with each of our dishes the food came piping hot and tasted amazing the assortments of chutneys and achar in itself was delicious very friendly staff and welcoming environment felt a little small as I had a single pram with me and had to be very careful navigating it around to my table - but not too much of a headache - all the guests and staff where understanding and accommodating

Amazing home made north Indian food. The khichdi-kadhi gave literal chills because it was no less than the food cooked by grandMa’s taste.

This place is run by the sweetest people. Although from outside it doesn’t look the best it’s an amazing place with home made food that is delicious and healthy. I have been to so many fancy places but this place felt so at home. I would highly recommend this place for their food especially considering their thaali’s are inly £10

The BEST Indian vegetarian food I have ever had! The food here is simply amazing, having never tried Gujarati vegetarian food before, we were blown away by the fresh ingredients, top skill in both cooking and spicing the food and the authenticity of this delicious food. It is a family owned business and Vikram was the friendliest and most helpful waiter/manager I have ever come across! He helped make our meal an even more wonderful experience and we cannot go wait to go back to try more of their superb cuisine- if you are a foodie and appreciate flavours and quality, this restaurant is a must go!

Best description is 'home cooked food'. None of the grease, all the flavours. The family run business cares about their clientele. Even that feels like home. They serve the dishes as you like it. Very reasonably priced and clean too.

OMG ! Often you hear "dont judge a book by its cover". Asher's is a similar story. Very unassuming from the outside and even when you step in, you are not sure what to expect. The restaurant is laid out as an Indian diner, the service is very good but elegantly and refreshingly simple. And then you come to the food, if you like Gujarati food, look no further as all arrows should point to Asher's. Service is slow (no criticism) because they need a little bit of time to prepare fresh food. But the food is finger licking delicious. A must visit for anyone in this area and who loves Gujarati Indian food. A small note that this is a vegetarian restaurant so not for meat lovers. Parking can be challenging around Wembley but worth the perseverance as the food is great. Asher's is a hidden gem. Highly recommended.

We were brought to Asher’s by our craving for a Gujarati thali and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The food was very homely - not the typical super rich and or sweet fare that one associates with Gujarati food and which is usually available a most places. This was authentic Gujarati fare. The portions were also good. The service from Asher and his mother was very endearing. The smile on their faces and the sincerity adds a soulful touch to the food. Highly recommend Asher’s!
