This subway in the town centre of Welwyn Garden City serves sandwiches toasted to perfection. However, wrapping of those sandwiches demands an extra care which not only this but most of the subway's lack. The atmosphere is quiet most of the time as I've seen most people get their grab on the go. Service provided is awesome as they take extra care for what a customer needs. I would rate a 4 or 4.5 for this place.
Good choice of drinks with plenty of menu options. Always clean and tidy and served by helpful friendly staff. No toilet facilities. Really good location for the town centre.
Great but food delivery can be cold sometimes
I love subway a little expensive but I do like a treat evey so often so they always make fantastic subs
One of the best Subway's out there in terms of customer service. Joe especially is a super start. He is a valuable asset to the organisation. Really pleased and I couldn't have for a better customer service, friendly, courteous and quick.
Friendly staff that prepare your order precisley and fast. Would recommend the Spicy italian sandwich on hearty Italian bread.
Really well made sandwich and friendly staff. Looked like they were taking good care of the delivery orders and will definitely get them in future

Went in subway today in Welwyn garden city, and although the staff were extremely busy and working flat out, I was greeted with 3 very polite and cheerful people, well done to them , and i thought they needed a special mention.🙂🙂
Amazing staff! They load the sub. Value for money. And the staff named Chandana 👌 serves customers really well.
I like Subways however they can be different from each other. This one is better than average.
