I often go in the Wells Branch and I have never had a problem, staff always very friendly and helpful.

Lovely branch of this well known chain. This was the first time using this branch as we were on holiday. They weren't busy at the time so we were served quickly. The food was great and the staff friendly. The toilets were also clean.
Coconut flat white for me and a mellow mango tea for my husband 😍

Called in today & received great service. The staff were extremely helpful. I had my dog with me & I was allowed to sit in the sunny courtyard, didn't realise they had an outside area. The kind member of staff carried my tray out for me as he could see it would be tricky for me with the dog! Great coffee & lovely tasty sandwich.
Had one of the best coffees I've ever had here. I order a gingerbread latte wherever I go and got the smooth blend and it was amazing. They don't do the smooth blend anymore as it was a one time thing, but they still do the perfect coffees. The right strength of coffee and right amount of syrup every time - love it
Would've got 5 stars...iced flat white is amazing..but for the fact they were not terribly welcoming and were quite interested in shutting the place. It was very hot, and it had been crazy busy, but even so, if you advertise you're open in till 5pm, at least pretend you're still happy to serve us at 4 !
Nice coffee,nice staff always on top of things ,costa coffee it seem to have the edge on there rivals coffee 1 which in my view have gone down as they need lessons from costa how to make coffee.
Staff very helpful...costa coffee is in my opinion one of the better coffees available on the high Street..only downside is its coffee not a pint of beer so why so expensive..in all fairness Costa is not the only ones who charge o.t.t. for JUST a coffee

There is plenty of seating space.
As Wells is often busy with visitors, it can get full up pretty quickly in the main times.
It's definitely back nice and friendly Costa Coffee shop.
There are a few coffee shops in Wells and I had not been here before, but, although it is a standard Costa, it is clean, comfortable, good snacks, good coffee, decent background music and generally a pleasant experience.
Good coffee will return I think they are still a bit hung over from Covid but the staff still have a sense of humour, always worth a visit.
