It's well priced. This pub was very clean Menu easy to understand Prices great. Inside and outside tables, really cool pods with tables on one side. Great interior. Hard working, polite staff. Not far from centre of Wells. Happy to relax here.
It's a Spoons so really no introduction required for those familiar with this pub chain. Usual excellent value food and drink, all served up by friendly and efficient staff. One does have to give the beer garden a special mention though. Some excellent sheltered outdoor "pods". Very innovative use o
Typically weathspoons with sticky tables and dirty picture frames. Lots of tables with empty glasses and dirty plates on them. Food was very good and staff friendly
We went as a family of five for breakfast on a Friday morning and were really impressed with the pub. The classic wetherspoon experience, decent food at an excellent price. Ordering and service were very efficient and the various breakfasts were very good by any standards...even my husbands posher '

The man behind the bar was helpful and friendly. Our drinks were served quickly and the fish and chips that we both ordered was of a good standard - the cod fish was a good sived portion and the batter was thin and crisp. Visited this wetherspoons today . The food was very good all lovely and hot and tasty . Absolutely no complaints. Vegetable burger and tikka massala both lovely.
Good wetherspons and good quality food. Maybe a few more chips on the plate? Only gripe and I do understand is no glasses outside after 10pm, surely they can have plastic ones for this purpose?
You don't expect Michelin Star food when you go to Spoons, but you get great value which is why they're a successful pub chain. We went on a Curry night this time, not planned but because we were nearby. When you get a chicken curry with rice, 2 paps, mango, naan and a pint of good real ale for £9.1
