A nice pub and friendly service but terribly slow. The food was tasty however and good value on the set menu. Out of quite a few items told on arrival a list but then when went to order at the bar a certain item was told that was also unavailable. Regardless food was nice just shame about slow servi
We popped in Sunday on Mother's day just for a couple of drinks and to get out if the rain. Sat in the window seat for an hour on a rainy afternoon watching the world go by. Whilst there we were entertained by a fun, sociable magician. Had the best view. Had great, attentive service. Wished we had
Attended for Mothers Day with the family. Food was delicious & well presented. Loved fact that dog & family friendly
Lovely afternoon after taking the dog for a walk at the beach front down the road. Beautiful view and friendly service. Only small gripe is the Camembert was not cooked all way through but was quickly sorted with no problem. Could do with a bit more bread to go with also. Roast dinner was lovely

I liked this place, they catered for our family well. Food was good and beer is nice. It’s a bit pricey but everywhere is in Well-next-the-sea
A perfect little pitstop for a cold pint in the crisp sea air! Efficient service at the bar, from friendly and professional staff.

Chose the Fleece by accident and really enjoyed our time there. The meal and drinks were reasonably priced. Would definitely r
Newly reopened, the menu is limited but the food is good. The service while not especially speedy is very attentive. They have a Delightful Sue, she likes a bangle or two, who doubles as a server and barstaff. Good selection of beers, ciders and spirits. If you go around the festive period, try the
Good food, huge portions. Really friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly. Batter on the fish was very well done.
Stopped by around 12pm on the way to the beach. The place looked busy enough but not too busy which is always a good sign. Service was prompt and although the prices were a tad higher than expected the food was delicious. I had seafood assiette, my wife the crab salad which was a special of the da
