Food is good and low price. Tried there coffee but couldn't drink it
Nice quick tasty items just ashame most things hame mayonnaise in them.
After a mistake was made with my order this resturant bent over backwards to help us resolve the matter.
Sausage rolls are second to none.
Staff must be praised for the way they clean and sanitize the tables an chairs. After customers left their seating.

Excellent. Friendly and professional customer service with nice food that is reasonably priced. I came in wanting to try the vegan sausage roll, (and this was also my first time trying any Greggs product) but I had to wait for 16 minutes as they were still in the oven when I arrived. The staff were very polite and offered me a free hot drink while I was waiting. I didn't want the drink as I wouldn't be able to carry it and the sausage roll (as my hands were full and with a suitcase and backpack) so I refused the free hot drink, but they still gave me an already fully stamped free hot drink card and they gave me an extra sausage roll for free because I had to wait. All around great first experience of Greggs. Will come again sometime.
I have been using them since working from home and delivery has always been great. Last week I was missing 2 baguettes. I got a refund and ordered again today, put a note to say please read the order and don't forget it again!
Had a phone call from someone in store about 10 mins after placing order apologising and saying she will give me some free donuts to say sorry.
I've never had such an amazing experience like this before where someone has gone out of their way to show that they care for their customers and mistakes to happen.

Very good range of sandwiches hot snacks and drinks. Often have breakfast or lunch meal deals. Seating area inside, you are in range of the free wifi offered by the main shopping centre. Staff are polite and friendly and service is fast. It is usually clean and tidy inside. Takeaway is available.
What you expect from greggs, foods not always hot but staff are friendly and helpful.
We only had a cuppa this time but it didn't matter. The staff were still friendly and helpful
