Popped in for a quick coffee, staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Although there was a staff member mopping the floor while I was in the coffee shop, maybe the staff should look up to the glass lights and clean them to.
But on the whole a very good Costa.
Nice Costa just a shame there was not much upkeep of the toilets. No paper in there and I asked too! Still didn't get replacement by the time I left, so not ideal. But otherwise nice place to go for a coffee and nice area, handy for shopping nearby.

All the usual Costa bits - some gaps in the food range but is a nationwide theme at present - but the coffee was spot on as was the service, everything seemed reasonably tidy.

Brand New medium sized Costa. Usual Costa food and drinks. Seats approx 60, further 15 or so seats outside. Toilets, free WiFi. Drive thru efficient. 5 staff on duty in cafe. Staff polite and friendly. The outside seating in fine, but sadly just a view of a retail park.
Good and easy to use queues moved quickly and staff were very friendly. Good range of drinks and the Costa app helps with a free coffee after 8 have been bought.

First time we ventured into this Costa after visiting B&M .
The facilities were very clean and tidy, the seating was comfortable and the coffee and cake was good and enjoyable. Cost was typical. The service was good although it wasn't very busy. There is a drive through but we enjoyed sitting in .A
Food is expensive and not great value but the coffee is great and always had great customer care! Cakes are good too
Visited evening of 24/11 around 6 pm. Excellent customer service provided by Jess. Her communication was excellent and she was very polite and pleasant.
