My family and I have just got back from this very friendly local pub. We decided to try our local pub for a meal and we are so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. Everything we ordered was tasty and of a very high standard. I have to give an extra thumbs up for the homemade steak and ale pie I had. Not only did it taste great but I was genuinely shocked by the amount of meat and the quality of the meat inside the pie. I cannot recommend this pub more highly. Please make the effort to try this pub. I don't think you will be disappointed.
Great village pub, this place is a real asset to Bozeat. The new landlady is doing a brilliant job making sure the beer is always in great condition. Also making a big effort to involve as many customers as possible with various teams such as pool and darts. Board games and garden games are available. There is also a weekly fresh meat raffle on Sundays and a bingo evening on the last Tuesday of the month with great cash prizes. I would definitely recommend that you support this lovely pub.
Great little village pub, fantastic atmosphere, has a lovely selection of beers and spirits and a Pool table,
The land lady is so so nice, really makes you feel welcome and it’s not overpriced like most village pubs.
Cheerful, helpful staff, about 6 of whom spoke to us through the evening, all keen to help! The mixed grill was very good value, cheapest pub meal we've had for at least 10 years. Lovely apple pie for dessert.

Such a friendly pub with band night's, meat raffle, large garden with game's for the children. Great beer and a large selection of drinks.
I went in for a Guinness and it was fantastic, very relaxing atmosphere would recommend all day long I am originally from the Northern Ireland it was like the good old days

Great new landlady! Really friendly and welcoming, does everything for everyone and goes above and beyond for everyone who comes in the pub. Great pub for everyone, always something on and kids have lots to do!

The food is good, honest pub grub and very good value for money. All six of our meals were spot on! The service was excellent, very attentive and welcoming.

Took the whole family down (3 boys and my partner) and the food was lovely... the boys had a three course meal for like £4.95 each and loved it. Service was welcoming and friendly, and John and Beth (new landlord / landlady) could not have been more accomodating. Very family friendly and reasonably priced....
Felt safe. All the plans that have been put in were really good. We eat here a few days ago and again we felt safe. The tables were clean hand sanitizer at door and inside by the bar. Name and phone number had to be written down. We will definitely be visiting here more often.
An excellent village pub. Dog's welcome in the bar, but not the lounge which is fine. Super atmosphere and service. Lounge bar in very good order and food appears to be thoroughly enjoyed by those who are dining. Simple and proper pub grub. If you are seeking gourmet food... Keep travelling to Olney only a few miles away...
