In a town largely devoid of funky, tasty places to eat this is an utter gem. We often return here as it offers up such tasty treats in a welcoming environment.
Service can sometimes be a little slow, but they are always battling staff shortages it seems, but always polite and friendly.
I hope it stays here for a long time!
Lovely place. Quite a limited menu for fussy eaters. Good range of drinks, though some favourites removed from the new menu. Easy to order from the app and it is brought to your table. Nice range of cocktails. Tapas is good here.
Really nice place, like all the 'Lounges' has a the shabby chic decor. Menu has a good variety of dishes and are good portions. Ordering is easy using your phone too. Staff really friendly and service was quick. Highly recommended
Order at the table using the QR Code and website. Drinks come out quickly and the food itself is tasty and the staff is friendly.
The place itself has a homey feel to it so it is quite a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy while eating the food.
This place has an alternative menu to other chain places. It's a refreshing option to have different choices.
The dishes are freshly prepared so you can change bits you don't want.
I chose the vanilla milkshake to drink for £3.odd it seemed to me like a pint of milk with vanilla flavour added, I'm sure it probably wasn't but that was the impression I got. Also the paper straw wasn't tall enough over the lip of the bottle

Menu is great and caters for everyone - separate vegan and separate gluten free menus. Service is good and quick, and food really delicious - nice variety of dishes so ideal for anything from a quick bite (check out the tapas) to a full on big meal. I had the Moving Mountains hot dog - it was amazing!!!
Got a big breakfast, portion size matched the price. Yolk, runny. Hash browns, crispy. Very greasy but what can you expect from a fry up. Service was good
Brilliant service, very speedy! We had tapas and it was delicious and great value for money. This was our first visit but will definitely come again.

Love it here. Nice place for all the family. Staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. I had a problem with my meal and within moments its was replaced with a fresh one! No questions asked. I love the decor, the food (veggie) and the atmosphere.
Before lockdown I’ve visited for the first time Castello Lounge and I was impressed! The food was delicious and the fries one of the most amazing ones!
The two ladies who were working that night made sure that we enjoyed ourselves!

Great cozy place to relax after work for a coffee or dinner. I choose da great Hero Burger which was delicious and very creative dish. Staff was very nice and the place is very cozy as you feel like home in da living room. Great place 2 be anytime, nice atmospere
