7 of us went and had the full meze meal, oh my goodness so much food! Beautiful cold starters of really tasty and different dips, hot meze then the biggest mixed grill! Loads of different meats with rice and salad, we hardly made a dent in it! The only tiny bit of disappointment was the desserts, we were hoping for lots of different Turkish pastries, which there were some but mixed with strawberry cheesecake and chocolate cheesecake which was a shame. Lastly had coffee and homemade Turkish delight!

First time there with my hubby and we absolutely loved the food! Great service to. no fault whatsoever.
We ordered the humous, this was amazing!! I ate some sea bream with rice and salad, hubby ordered some meat with rice / salad also. What we didn't realise was that when we ordered a salad side, we didn't expect to receive such a big dish lol. But it was a side order, but bear this in mind as this can easily last for 3-4 people as it was huge! We however loved the salad / food so much that we also ate most of the salad in addition to the salad provided with our meals lol.

This is honestly the best restaurant in wellingborough!!!! I have been 3 times, once with a group of friends, once with my husband and once with my whole family. All 3 times were exceptional!! Kids had an awesome time!!! Friendly staff and the best food you have tasted!!!! Can't wait to go back xxxx
Yet again the food and service were top draw. This place is fantastic. It has now become my favourite place to eat. Keep it up Niwan.
The food was simply stunning, and the service was pretty great too. We were welcomed in, and offered a choice of 2 tables, which was a nice touch. After being seated we were then given a drinks list to view and order from. After ordering the drinks we were presented with a delicious and giant puffball bread, served with what I can only guess was a form of Sumac onions, I say "guess" because the host wasn't giving away any secrets to me on this visit, however he promised to enlighten me on my return visit.
Then came the main course, where every meal was cooked perfectly, and as silly as it sounds so was the rice.
This was my first time having Cheesy Lamb Kas, and I will thoroughly and highly recommend it, both the guys I was with shared the same thoughts about their own meals the Mixed Grill and Cheesy Chicken Saute.

4 of us were there yesterday. We had the Β£25pp set menu. Bottles of house Pino were Β£18. Food was lovely & plenty of it! We took a big doggy bag of meat with us. Staff v friendly. Would go there again if ever in Wellingborough.
Fourth time visiting the Niwan, and still one of the best UK Turkish restaurants I've eaten in. My two first time friends loved it too.
