Just had a lovely meal with the children, They ate for free and we enjoyed our meals as the kids happily skipped of to the play area once they had finished. I have children with allergies and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. We will be back :) thankyou x

A lovely place with some great food and a nice play area for the kids, but best of all it has two pokestops and a poke gym... and as it is next to the lovely canal it also plays host to a large number of magicarp (Gyarados here I come)... If you want to try knocking my champion off the gym then come along and be ready to battle!! Team Valor (red) forever!!

Fantastic place to stay. I stayed here the night before my wedding, and the rooms and food were excellent, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Looking forward to going back!

Friendly and great value for money. The food was delicious, though one plate was not piping hot that was still very tasty. We had starters and main course. Place was clean and tidy. We was there about 13:30 on a Saturday easily found a table close to the door as one of my party had mobility issues. Parking was OK. Plan on going back next weekend as we are passing through the area again. The veggie pie I was told was very tasty.

Nice comfortable place with lots of seating options, including some more secluded tables for privacy. Friendly service, and a casual atmosphere. They have a good salad topped with cauliflower bbq "wings", and tasty vegan nachos, as well as good "chips". No vegan desserts, though. Gotta work on that, guys!

We popped in for a drink in the afternoon and we're so impressed with the staff and venue we decided to eat at the Heart of England in the afternoon. Edit greeted us so warmly-she was super friendly and so cheerful. There's a nice selection of beer and plenty of seating too. The food was exactly what we wanted-good quality and home cooked. We both chose the steak and ale pie.It was absolutely delicious. If you are in the area, the Heart of England is definitely worth a visit. No doubt we will return.

Really enjoyed my recent visit to the Heart of England pub. Went in on a Wednesday evening it wasn't too busy. Served quickly, laid back atmosphere. My server Theo, was really helpful and was able to recommend items on the menu. Love the fact they have lighter/low carb options on the menu.

Very cheap place and clean. My girlfriend and I were there for dinner and we really liked the place. We had a little problem, but Edit, one of the employees, was very kind and helpful, for which we are very grateful. The food was also very delicious, I think we will visit the place again. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Been there with my Wife a few days ago. I can only recommend the place. Cheap food, but it's very very good. Very friendly staff too. There was a smiley, helpful, and very friendly girl there, her name was Edit. we had a good chat and she helped me with information about the hotel and how to book. Thank you very much for the good experience there. Will be going again.

We wanted somewhere to stay overnight on our way home from Birmingham airport. I found your hotel on line and booked it whilst we were away. We arrived later than anticipated owing to our flight being delayed, so we were cutting it fine for dinner. However your staff were very friendly and helpful. After a good night's sleep we enjoyed breakfast and again served in a pleasant and friendly manner. Thank you.

Stayed here whilst away for a family wedding. Really nice place. Room we stayed in was in the old stable. Very old setting but the room was clean and tidy. Absolutely fantastic comfy beds. Had food in the pub which was very nice aswell. Would definitely recommend this place. Door food and to stay here. Great location for many places and the Grand Union canal.

Very friendly and welcoming the rooms were spotless, very good value for money, can't complain about the food and my son met a long life friend Darrianne, staff were so thoughtful, I was there with a baby and child, this lady knew I was struggling trying to eat my dinner so she took the time to get him crayons and paper and talk to him so I could eat, after a long day, It was much appreciated. We are staying again.

Only stopped off for a couple of drinks. It was early afternoon and the bar was not busy. Spoke with some of the locals. The bar area is nice with plenty of places to sit. Did not see any food so unable to comment. Menu looked okay. Atmosphere was convivial.

We went to a Queen tribute act on Sat night at the Heart of England. It was a really lovely evening with a great atmosphere with the manager, Stuart and his staff making us very welcome. Lovely pub with a nice beer garden which I recommend.

We booked a table at last minute after we found 30% off mains voucher, Place was not busy at all. Food arrived fairly quickly and was OK. It seemed that food wasnt freshly cooked. Staff helped to find me a low calorie dessert which was helpful.

Nice pub in Weedon village. We were lucky they could accommodate our large party at very short notice after being let down by our original venue, and they looked after us well. Food was ok, however the bugers were a bit on the dry side, and the 2 steaks were a little overcooked. All meals got served together, apart from 3 which had to be done from scratch, meaning a few of the group ate after everyone else. I don't want to be overly critical as they really did accommodate us very well, but an honest review has both good and bad.
