Got diverted on our journey home, so we happened to take a chance to stop at KFC Wednesbury. We've been to a few before, but this one was the best we've experienced. Customer service goes a long way, and smiling faces and a bit of friendly banter is what we received. The food was quick to be prepared and fresh. Only minor niggle was the AC was set to 🥶 despite it being cold and raining outside, and a few more toilets would cut down on queue times.

The zinger burgers were great.
Chicken wings were rather oily and not very meaty.
Staff wAs friendly and helpful.
I am going to score this branch 4/5 for food,4/5 due to cleanliness overall,2/5 for toilets and 5/5 staff friendliness.
Some staffs need a bit more of patience with customers. And cleaning process of the tables and floor is quite poor. Need more effort to get 5 stars rating. Some burgers are served cold like the double dinner burgers for 6.99 was cold.
Staff are more then friendly. They are friends, if that makes sense. Different characters who work to one standard. Facilities are clean. Kitchen is clean. Food is halal and parking is ample
Used the drive through, service was slow but worth the wait. We had a bucket. Chicken and fries were excellent 👌
Preeti and Aziva on the front counter were fantastic, individullay labelled our order as we ordered 10 flaming wraps with different orders. They were spot on no mistakes! Great service 10/10

Simply the best KFC around, I've been going here for years.....customer service goes a long way, and that's exactly what you get here. Always a satisfied customer. Food is always on point and fresh.
Nice food but it's never hot once you have been served.
Great place and the car park is good for changing a tyre
