Great quality food! Customer service is not what it used to be. Can get really busy, so parking and long queues can be a problem

Today, I had an issue where yesterday I bought the wrong tin of biscuits. I got tea instead, so today I took them back to see if I could swap them.
I spoke to the manager (Tom) about doing this, which he allowed me to do with no hassle or a problem.

Shelves were not overly tidy but quality was spot on and surprisingly there were many items priced as Aldi and Lidl .. !
They say "you get what you pay for" and this is certainly true of this store. Prices of course higher than your big supermarkets but the choice and quality is far better.

Nice M&S foodhll with a good variety of products and a nice range. Well stocked and easy to get around. Good to have a cafe in there too, although the toilet area did feel a bit like a storage area but better than no toilets. Would go again as nice variety although not quite the range of a full food
