Lovely. We went when visiting my partners parents who recommended it. Was a 15 minute drive and worth it. Freshly cooked, big portions, always a good sign when the queue is outside and going up the street.
Best chip shop around. Food and staff amazing. Proper old school chip shop 👌

I'd heard many rave reviews about Carl's but it's not very local to me. Was in the area so thought we'd try it and I'm glad we did! A small queue on arrival but I didn't have to wait long. Food was fresh and tasty and not overly priced. Will definitely visit again when in area.
It's was my first visit to Carl's chippy after passing it loads of times on the 40 bus route. Its a small chippy with friendly staff and probably one of the few remaining chip shops still in business in wednesbury

Food is amazing so anytime I have to pass this fish & chip shop, I stop because I just love their fish & chips. Food is always fresh and the staff are friendly. The girl who served me today was lovely x
I had not been in Carl's fish shop for 5 years, I asked for a fresh row,they could not have been more helpful, ill put 1 in for u he said they were closing how good was that. My meal was brilliant i shall be going again. Thank u carl

This is the best fish shop in wednesbury, always freshly cooked, and pleasant staff .wished they would deliver as being disabled hard to get there ,would have them more regularly if diliverd
