Just picked up a pizza deal, have to compliment the front of house lady you had working today I believe it was a Vienna. Fantastic service, friendly and welcoming. Customer service at its best, thank you made my afternoon.

Visited this afternoon and was greeted with many questions before being sat down at a table. Was told that is was card payments only in store and that all orders was via smartphone which I explained I have short battery life so they will have to take me order personally. Good food with relaxed setting and good service. Got loads of food to take back. Desserts have got a bit stingy on how much they give you, but that’s probably across all the chains, not just this store.
Food is always lovely, but I do still think the staff should come and take the orders, not all customers know how to use the app. It also takes away that personal touch. Staff will be loosing out on tips.
Really enjoyed going here for the buffet. Ate far too much though which I think is easily done 😂. Definitely think a rule needs to be put in place at the salad bar to get your food and go. I seen someone filling his bowl with grated cheese then eating it over the salad bar while looking at the other
Quite good, the food was yummy but it did take quite long to come. Also there was no signal and you have to order online, so you have to use their Wi-Fi which makes you give loads of details and it’s all a bit of a hassle. There was a mix up with the puddings but the nice staff gave us a free browni

We got a buffet for our large table of 20, the pizza was delicious, the salad bar had everything, and the pasta was fantastic!
The manager Kyle was a really nice guy, he organised the buffet pizzas to be taken to our table instead of us going up to the pizza buffe
