We've been at the grill house quite a few times and have never had a bad meal there! The staff can't do more for you, nothing was a problem for them. Highly recommend this place for food.

Have been visiting every year for the past 5 years to celebrate, as both our birthdays are in the same week. If we didn’t like anything about the place we wouldn’t have returned after the first time.
Yet again the service was second to none, as soon as we sat at our tables the Prosecco (pre-ordered) on ice was placed at our table with a smiling waitress wishing us a happy birthday! The food was ordered and although being very busy only took around 15 minutes. We had Sirloin steak with Stilton cheese and the usual trimmings and it was absolutely outstanding.
I found all the staff were super smiling friendly.

We couldn’t fault the meal (but I will) all cooked lovely ALTHOUGH 1 steak too rare forgot the olives, peas on 1 meal, no garlic bread drowned my vodka with coke & the Brandy went back 3 times other than that we still enjoyed lol �

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff , lovely food , pre birthday lunch , had sirloin steak with chips , blue cheese sauce , scampi , chocolate fudge cake with custard , caramel latte to finish off lovely meal . All the staffs was cheerful, friendly and polite , service was quick and food super fresh and delicious , highly recommend this place for steak and good service and good value for money ♥️ .. thank you to all the team members for lovely pre birthday meal to remember . Will come again ❤️

Food and portion size was decent - chips were a bit random but it wasn’t the end of the world.
Very good meal and very attentive helpful staff. The starters are huge, luckily the prawns I had were manageable. Crispy duck main 👌. Misses had Garlic and mushroom chicken, also 👌.

Can't praise this place enough. Food is wonderful and the service is impeccable. I'm incredibly lazy, so I'll order from Deliveroo. Garlic boiled potato's normally come as a side, but they're so good I want more. Unfortunately they're not listed as a stand alone side (Because why would anyone.. They're a side that comes with a meal. Who would eat them on their own?... Me, I would) A quick easy call and the staff fix instantly with no issues of substitution. Recently spoke to Laura who was an absolute delight and more than happy to help. Can't wait for the equivalent of a bucket of garlic boiled potatoes to arrive. Also want to mention I have actually been there too. The place is lovely. 5 Stars.

Service was excellent from the moment we entered the building. Staff very cheerful, attentive and polite. So nice to see staff look happy in their work.
Food was absolutely amazing.
We had the rump and garlic peppered ribeye steaks, peppercorn sauce, blue cheese sauce, crispy duck, steak and ribs combo, scampi, onions rings, plain and cheesey garlic bread and could not fault a thing, everything was delicious and plentiful.
Excellent value for money and will definitely be coming back again soon.
This was a birthday celebration meal and did not disappoint.

Firstly got us booked in at short notice⭐ staff were really friendly especially louise ( blue hair) who was amazing. ⭐ Didn't have to wait too long for the food even though they were quite busy ⭐ food was lovely too.⭐ would definitely go again and would recommend. ⭐
Dined here with my son earlier in the week, and wasn't disappointed. The whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish.
Service: The lady who served us was as lovely as I remembered from our previous visit. Welcoming, helpful and we weren't rushed.
Food: I chose peppercorn chicken from the £9.95 offers. It was tasty with decent proportions. What I did like was the fact that the plate wasn't filled up with salad and fairly priced in these tough times.
Overall: The place is immaculate, tables spotless, music did not drown out conversation which is a pet hate of mine.
The only downside was not realising we had to walk all the way around to the car park to enter the building. With an arthritic knee it was a bit challenging.
Overall a pleasure to dine here and you tend to forget your in Waunarlwydd. You literally could be anywhere.
Absolutely love this place, it's convenient, the waiters/waitresses are so friendly and kind they remember us which is a really nice touch too. The food is always gorgeous and the desserts are awesome.
This is honestly such a great place to come for a meal, really professional, the girl (with blue hair sorry I'm all with names) serving us was lovely, she was so complementary to my fiancé about how beautiful she looked, which was a lovely thing to say especially on her birthday. Also her friend who was a tall slim blonde lady was also super polite and welcoming, we really felt at home. Food is always amazing from here, I had the big grill which is a feast in itself but my son had the medallion Sunday roast which stole the show and I think we ran out of room for all the plates in the end 😂😂. Value here is excellent as well, really is, and if you're not huge eaters you could share a lot of it. It was busy on Sunday and we had a bit of a wait but that was all explained to us and in truth it wasn't that bad considering how busy it was. Certainly will be going back soon and can't recommend the place enough.
Excellent again, I had the fillet medallions and the chips were perfect, although not everyone in our party liked them.
It's just an OK place, nothing fantastic about the food. All we could smell was what could only be described as air fresher from the toilets. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Lovely place. Been here a few times now and it's great. If you need wheelchair access, best to phone ahead but they were very accommodating.

This is a hidden little gem. Do not be deceived by the exterior which looks like a community centre. Inside is cosy and designed to a high standard.
