The staff was nice and helpful. The food was always to expect from a Greg's. Food looks fresh and delicious as always with a good selection to choose from. Inside looked clean and organised. I recommend and will go again.

Let's be honest, £4 for a regular coffee and I flat sausage roll isn't exactly enticing, don't get me wrong I'm no cheapskate but it used to be 4 for a £1 and now you can't get 1. Location .. its central and easy so that's a plus, staff very polite but didn't stop talking to everyone and each other when the queue was long but friendly enough so hard to find a medium. Place is a bit drab though and not big so if there's more than 5 people in a line your out the door and the queue is wedged between a fridge area and a table with offers on so you get bumped left right and centre. Yeah to summerise, it's a Gregg's so live off reputation of sausage rolls and they're nice but flat as a pancake and expensive in comparison to before, it's OK for a quick bite but next time I'll use the rivals over the road cos they're coffee is much better and plenty of better places for food literally on same row.

You can't really go too wrong with gregs but service and quality control can vary depending on time of day or location. We called by about 30 mins from closing what was upsetting was seeing the staff just put all end of day fresh food straight into bin dinner, instead of choosing to discount or give away. Iether to themselves ie staff or on one of those apps...Guess it varies from branch to branch cause I know some do upload excess end of day food to stop it going to land fill. What also gets me is why can't they keep the warm food warm? Ie the pastys or pizza? So again depends on time of day etc. I do think they could be more choice after a few visits the menu gets bit repetitive. Service was polite and premises clean

Clean, well stocked and well staffed little Greggs. Can never go wrong with a sausage roll and coffee when nipping in whilst out on a winter ride.

During the pandemic Popped in this morning while put for a walk/bike ride with the family. Picked up take away hot drinks and baked goods. Great, friendly service. Socially distanced queuing system. A smaller queue than Costa across the way and very reasonably priced, 4 drinks, 4 sausage rolls and 2 cakes for a tenner. Eldest even got a nice mint hot chocolate with cream so still got a fancy hot chocolate he fancied. Sanitizer at entrance and exit and one way system in-store. Keep it up guys. Post pandemic We call here frequently when walking in the local area. The hot breakfast & lunch time items are great & available quickly. It's always reasonably priced and the food tastes good. Friendly service.
