Went with a friend to get a cake. Prices were eye-watering but cakes looked decent. Friendly, helpful staff, but no parking in the area or around the side streets.

Decent cakes, tastes good as well. Only thing I don't like is the decorative frosting on the top of the cakes - it tastes vile and you'd be easily deceived into thinking it was cream from how it looks.
Really helpful when I visited the shop and the final cake for my sisters birthday was so beautiful and as always so delicious. Cake box is the best!
I always order cakes for different occasions from cakebox watford store. I popped in the store today for an immediate requirement, they were really helpful, prepared the exact cake I selected online in 10 mins, it was really nice and beautiful as usual..Thumbs Up!!
Drove past loads of times. Popped in store today and collected cake in minutes. They blow up balloons in shop which would have saved me a trip to town. Very good selection. Good value

Great place to get a cake.
I got 3 large cakes ordered for my daughters Aqeeqah party and nearly forgot to pic them up on the Saturday with everything going on.
Jaipa who works in the Watford branch was fantastic enough to call me before the store was due to close and even waited for me after the store was closed as I was stuck in traffic. Without her waiting for me I would have had a 100 guests with no cakes.
