Fantastic shop, great as a new mum, easy to get around and have great facilities for feeding and changing, the cafe is nice, good food options. Carrot cake is amazing! The shop itself, once you've finally managed to park up is really lovely. My only problem is the two little lifts they have. Amazing shop with selection of quality brands. It has three floors of home electronics, furniture and food and beauty. Online order collection, restaurant and cash machine in the 3rd floor. Great customer service. Gift card available at the main cash counter.
Lovely store, easy access, facilities for the disabled and very good service. The home appliances and electrical department is brilliant. Shoe department is wonderful but nothing for vegans. The restaurant too has limited choices for vegans.
Five stars for customer service. But store needs a update feels outdated and worn!! The children's section needs to be a lot more interesting. The shopping experience is all part of the fun and the shop lacks modernisation and excitement! But still staff have always been fantastic!

Always enjoy shopping at John Lewis. Their products are reliable and they have a responsible attitude towards any problems. I have marked them
down 1 star because they don't always seem to have enough staff on and their self service restaurant is a bit chaotic and needs better organisation.
This is my favorite store, if I need anything from clothing to TV, and Top technology stuff I will only buy from here.

Has everything you could dream of! A huge section for everything too. Staff are always helpful when I've asked questions. Despite the reputation the items I look at are the same here as they are everywhere else. The difference is John Lewis has a better warranty than most.
