Easy to find with a drop off zone off the dual carriageway. Parking is behind the building but you have to pay on any day at any time (£2.50 on Sunday evening). Poor queuing system. Good range of drinks at the bar outside the auditorium but a little expensive naturally. Seats are basic but quite comfortable.

This is a very lovely charming venue. Has a lot of character.Seating at the rear where the seats are tiered are great. Compact and quaint venue. Enjoyable. Great bar with good bites.

My 1st visit to this iconic venue and it didn't disappoint. We went to see Ben Fogle talking about his life experiences which was excellent. A little wait at the bar service but friendly service. The stage is nice and high for a clear view from any seat. Lovely visit.

Incredible venue for Live music. Had the honour of playing violin on stage here and the accoustics are world-class.

Good music venue. Could do with more toilets, there was a very long queue for both men & women. Bar staff were quick and although there were long queues, you are not waiting long.

Thanks to Jane Kirk and the team at Watford Colosseum for the use of their wonderful facilities in The Forum, where we held our A Little Bit Of Google Goes A Long Way workshop last week. The Forum was perfect for our needs, with a great technical team on hand for any problems. Nothing was too much trouble and the coffee was really good! A great venue to hire out for workshops and conferences, thoroughly recommend. Many thanks from Team Mustard

Staff very friendly, Wooden panels not great around stage area made it too dark & reflective to photograph performance personally for me, otherwise good venue with nearby car park facilities near to Town Hall.

This was a very nice venue. I was initially daunted by the seating chart, it made it look like my seats, which were just behind the stalls, would be too far back but the hall is a good size so there are no bad seats. Sound was great too. The queue for interval drinks wasn't too bad but I just missed the beginning few seconds of the second act.

A wonderful auditorium for entertainment, from concerts to dance shows to stand-up. Circle seats are more comfy than stalls, but they're it too bad. Facilities are clean, staff helpful. Bar was busy when we went and only one coffee machine, so a bit of a wait. But overall a great place to go.

Great for live performances. Acoustics are very good. This place is /was used by the BBC and many famous artists from the 80's still appear hear regularly, so that must tell you something. Local amenities are nice. However the town center which is 5min walk can be a bit rowdy in the evenings on the weekend.

Went here for the Snooker Shootout. Security staff were professional and thorough but very polite and friendly. Likewise bar staff were friendly and added to the happy atmosphere. Drinks were usual prices for London but not as expensive as at larger venues like O2. In the arena itself there was plenty of leg room between the rows of seats and I should think everyone had a good view of the table.

Nice provincial theatre/concert hall with good facilities and decent parking. The auditorium apparently has world-renowned acoustics. We attended a comedy show so can't really comment, but based on the pre-show background music you can get a sense that it's better than your average venue. Plenty of toilets and bars. Friendly staff. The stall seating (including the raked part) is removable so isn't as comfy as a standard theatre, but good enough for the 2 hours we were sat.

The whole is nice and acoustics are superb for live music. The chairs are fairly comfortable as well which is pleasant. Staff are super friendly however I wasn't too fond of the way security we're chasing everyone out at the end of the event. They could do with a little customer service training. They were very abrupt and rude - they wouldnt allow a lady on crutches to exit the building from the backstage door with her father (who was the performer that evening) so she had to come from the front and walk the whole way round with us. Other than that it was a pleasant experience
