Went for brother in laws birthday meal. Booked a table in line requesting comfortable seats and this was acknowledged. Waiter was excellent and served our food in reasonably good time with average wait. The place was pretty busy so this was expected. He was acceptionally polite and we left him a nice tip. There was 4 of us all having 3 courses I had sticky chicken wings goats cheese salad and bonfoffee basket all the food was excellent. This was my third visit ever. Bit pricey so would only go on special occasions. On another positive there was a good mixture of music!!

Slow service, often no loo paper availiable. On the plus side staff do try their best to accommodate diet needs. The food is good if pricey. It's ok for a meal before or after a film.
Went here on a busy Friday evening. Had a short 10 minute wait. The place has limited vegetarian options and they were unaware if the cheese contained egg or not.
Staff is friendly and the service is quick. Looks like an average American diner filled with kids and families. The place has a nice vibe too. Overall a decent place :)
Really great place, we did take-away. Be prepared to wait long time for your food to be ready and make sure you check your food as we were missing pizza and had to travel back to get it. Otherwise, great service and people.oh and their takeaway is given in paper bags which will break if you don't hold your bag from the bottom.
First time visit to this Frankie & Benny’s location and it was a good experience from fast food to helpful friendly staff service. We used a valid discount code offered via the Mobile app for the restaurant and saved 50% of all mains for our table. The food quality was good and tasty, good value for money and was served rather quickly after ordering it. The drinks were tasty and again served quickly, one Mocktail was the same as another separate drink and was told by the waiter that they’re pretty much the same drink but under another name? The tiramisu dessert was still frozen but full of flavour. The portion sizes were average as expected from this franchise. Ideal place for friends and family therefore would recommend a visit. Located next to a cinema and entertainment place with plenty of free car parking. Highly recommend
I'm giving 5 stars for the service from the manager at the bar. Whilst on a date we slipped in for cocktails as Holywood bowls atmosphere was no existent. We were greeted and hosted by a lovley Romanian manager. He couldn't have hosted us better. We had the whole bar to ourselves and special cocktails made up. I want to say thankyou again for making a great end to our night.

We had to do a last minute birthday and were able to work with this location the day before we needed it. It worked out so well. They helped us with the cake they let us use their extra space. It saved our child’s birthday thank you so much!
Was seated and served very quickly, food came quickly and was cooked perfect. Nikola especially made it such a nice experience by taking the time to talk to us whilst giving us 5* service. Thank you Nikola!

Staff were fantastic we visited with our child and they made her visit fun and she ate all her food we visited a few days ago and I've just ordered my takeaway now because I can't wait to visit again next week with the whole family great prices too very happy once again

Comfort food, was well executed, the service was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere is nothing to write home about, but it's very comfortable.
Haven't been here for quite a while had the vegetarian breakfast which was delicious and served piping hot. Friendly staff and nice place. Didn't have to wait long as we arrived early before the rush😆
We were seated quickly and order was taken. We ordered dough balls and stuffed potato skins to start. The diugh balls were tough and chewy, the potato skins were tastless. We ordered a classic hot dog and mac and cheese and a portion of onion rings for mains. The hot dog was meant to come with ketchup and mustard but was plain. The roll was doughy. The mac and chesse was ok. The onion rings were very greasy.
The restaurant was pleasant and clean ans was nice to listen to the music when we could hear it over the screaming children at the next table, although thats not the restaurants fault. Would I eat there again only if it were the last place left
