We needed a coffee break from our shopping trip to Watford and noticed a Costa.
I must say that My family and I received the most wonderful customer service by Mo Nusly and Roxana.
They were both very hardworking and delivered our drinks and food with a smile. We had a few requests and they attended to our every need.
They made the coffees to perfection.
They have made my day and hope to visit again soon.
Lovely environment, lovely workers especially Tiana and Shubh. Tiana was very welcoming and down to earth. And nailed my drink.
Gave 5 stars because of the poor staff member who was on her own at Costa's Waterfields. She did a brilliant job, clearing tables, serving customers. Was really busy in there today. Can't believe Costa's couldn't find someone else to help. Well done, sorry I don't know your name
I like that they bring your order to the table (instead of having to wait for it at the counter), nice ambiance, they have a book-swap and games and the toilets are nice and clean - more than can be said of Starbucks or Cafe Nero!! 😘
Really helpful staff on my visit there.
Shame there is a trail of non-customers using the toilets. The upholstery could also do with a good deep clean. Coffee good though.

Sherry was fantastic and her upselling was something to marvel. As a head of customer services at my current workplace I would want all my staff to strive to her level.

Prices as to be expected from Costa. The queue was huge and the two staff working this morning were working super hard to get the orders through. I actually enjoyed watching how they worked as a team, very impressive, no one had to wait very long. Well done.
