I think overall, their Burgers are superior to any other and the service is good
The service was lovely and the food was really good also. I would go back there to eat again as the burgers taested lovely. Could do with more on the drinks menue
Not the first time we come here but still pleased to eat there. The staff is nice and the service is fast. It is a good price/value restaurant. The unique drawback is the lack of good dessert but normally you don't really need it at the end of your burger...
Excellent service, with a smile. The food is good, the change to the menu is welcomed. The location is good especially after a day of shopping.

Obliging waiters and waitresses who doesn't hesitaste to help you or answer any question you may have. About the food, a wide range of burgers are found on the menu which makes your mouth water since there is no the dull burger you can find everywhere. Good quality of meat and tasty meal. I recommend it!
Who doesn’t love a bit of GBK?! Enjoyed my burger, as always! Didn’t give it 5 stars as the skinny fries are no longer skinny fries - they’re just regular fries which is a disappointment!
I loved the staff there, lots of people and the doner kebab was the most insane kebab roll/burger. It was a good experience and wish you enjoy it.👌👍
The customer service was very on-point and covid procedures were put in place and practiced well by staff...the burgers were of course amazing!👌🏾

Never had a bad burger here. Reasonably priced for the quality of the food, with plenty of options. They regularly I introduce new burgers to the menu so never gets boring. Has a chhill atmosphere with lots of space, never had to wait for a table. Also dose delicious milkshakes and has free nuts, what more could you want.
Decent burger. Chips were a bit greasy. Not the btst value either. On the plus side they're good with allergens and great with sustainability ie not using single use plastics. Wasn't busy at all at the watford branch. Plenty of people in town though. They didn't have the kids menu in place at the time. Not sure why.
I went here to have a veggie burger. My burger happen to be very spicy and the manager dealt with my problems straight away and with a smile on his face. He changed it for another veggie burger without extra charge. This shows great attention to customer and I really appreciated it. The burgers are nice, maybe a bit pricey. I highly recommend to download the app for a good deal.
Service took around 20 minutes but when the food arrived the burgers were cold.
The manager (young male) had exceptional service, he refunded our entire meal and packed my meal to go as I no longer had time to eat it in the restaurant.
Will definitely be returning thanks to the great customer care!
Great food and staff are sweet & helpful. Depending on the time of the week you go you can wait longer for food, but that's to be expected. Pricey so unfortunately can't go as much as I'd like! Still very tasty nonetheless :)
Nice place and good burgers. Could do with a more extensive veggie menu though. Chips are chunky and plentiful. Garlic mayo is good BUT POTENT! Do not order if you have a job interview or important meeting the next day....
