Fresh and tasty! Tried the naked burrito bowl with chicken! I recommend trying this and if you are unsure try half of each rice and beans! All the ingredients looked and tasted freshly prepared! Also if you want extra meat ask for it in the small container or they overload it and can’t fit no salad on! Throw on as many extras like salsas, cheese and sour cream with salad for free! I prefer this over the over place down the road! Easy casual spot and the chicken is halal!
Tortilla sent me a birthday voucher that allows me to avail a free burrito at majority of their outlets 😊
I was passing by Watford and checked with the staff, at Tortilla Watford, about redeeming the voucher and to my delight; their response was affirmative 🍻
The service was quick, efficient and the staff paid adequate attention to every detailed requests, I had, for preparing a "Burrito Bowl" and a "large Burrito in a wrap".
At the till, the staff member was patient enough to let me activate my birthday voucher in spotty internet connectivity. Moreover, the staff member at the till was also managing the payment queue quite well.
Overall a good Tortilla outlet, although I do not have similar opinion/feedback for the one St. George's Shopping Centre at Harrow.

This is the best place to have burritos. Also the vibe is so nice that you feel positive. A big area for dining as well. Really good staff that I haven’t seen anywhere. So confident and knowledgeable at the same time. Perfect skills of wrapping is on point.
Don’t forget to try burrito with guacamole. This is my favourite 😍❤️❤️❤️

Superb food, with decent portion sizes and reasonable prices. Their spicier sauces pack quite the punch, too, though if you're not into that, they have one without any spice.

I recently dined at Tortilla in Watford and tried their Naked Burrito and Quesadilla. Both dishes were simply delicious! The Naked Burrito was packed with flavorful ingredients, including tender meat, fresh vegetables, and a zesty salsa. It was a satisfying and healthy option. The Quesadilla was perfectly grilled, with a gooey cheese filling that complemented the crispy tortilla. The portion sizes were generous, and the staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend Tortilla for a satisfying Mexican meal.

Ordered veg burrito and nachos....burrito was not heated enough...disappointing as put off with the raw bite . Inside filling was yummy black beans salad corn and veg.
Nachos were good though. They were served with tomato and onion salsa.
A fantastic experience here. Customer service was second to none. The manager was so helpful talking us through the menu and showing us how to get the calories and nutritional information as our diet requires this. Nothing was too much trouble. The food itself was amazing! We will definitely be back soon. Thank you guys!
The lady who served us called Teya is so thoughtful and welcoming and friendly. Teya is a star and has great customer service. Really recommend the place for the food, but if Teya is working it’s a happy experience all round
