Wonderful cosy independent cafe, much welcomed and standing out proudly amongst the bland American-themed chains which dominate Watford like so many high streets these days. First class home-made food- best sausage roll I can remember- and top-notch Chai Lattes, close to perfection. Bravo Ocean Bells!
What an absolute little gem in the heart of Watford. I live in West Kensington, am a complete chai latte addict and it looks like I'm going to have to come to Watford more often because this is the best, most authentic (as in not bought in pre-prepared liquid or powdered sugar/chemical fest) chai latte I have had anywhere in a 20 mile radius!
Great little coffee shop. Fantastic coffee (delicious banana loaf) and lovely staff. Fab decor and a very relaxed atmosphere :-)

Have been pass many times and kept meaning to try. I finally did and fantastic, friendly service, decent Coffee and by far the best breakfast ciabatta in town.

Excellent coffee, delicious food and a lovely atmosphere, with original art all around you. Service can take a little while when it's very busy, but it's absolutely worth a little wait. This much love and attention takes time. A really brilliant place for brunch! Excellent value, too! 😍
First time here and I must say the sandwiches are absolutely amazing.
I ordered the full English breakfast sandwich on sourdough with a sausage roll.

Been here a few times already and it’s definitely one of the favorites. Coffee is very smooth and delicious. Tried a few brunch items which were very fresh and tasty. 10/10
Nutella soya latte is fabulous!!! I wish I can make it in the afternoon for another peanut butter one :P So far the best coffee I’ve had in Watford.
Really appreciate the creative and unconventional brunch options (a bit tired of egg benedicts). The caramelized onions might be a little too sweet especially with the sweet chili sauce and my Nutella latte, but the feta and roasted pepper is quite refreshing.
I love this place! The menu is super creative for both the drinks and food. I would recommend the Biscoff latté and the peanut butter mocha - I've never had either of those anywhere else and both were genuinely some of the best coffee I've ever had. It's a great, quiet, cute place to study and relax. Very vegan friendly for both food and drinks. The staff is very nice and the service is super quick as well!
