Great service tonight at pizza express! our server (sorry I didn’t get her name) was excellent and very patient taking the order. it was really refreshing to have great service.

Great location!!
It's always handy to stop here and enjoy some decent, yet convenient, dinner on the way to or from places I visit up and down the motorway.
With no hassle service with friendly staff it never disappoints.
Had no problem getting a table for 2 hungry travellers!
The food was fast, fresh and very tasty enjoying the typical favourite pizza and dough balls... not to be missed!!
Staff was friendly and communicative, clearly explained to my friend who has a peanut allergy how the pizza is made in the kitchen. Had the beef burnt ends pizza and I enjoyed the taste a lot, very different to Pizza Hut!! I personally don't enjoy how hard the bread of the pizza is because in the end my jaw felt tired however it's probably unavoidable and just a me thing problem. £15.95 for pizza and £2.38 service charge it was okay price-wise.
On my way home and decided to call in for something to eat. Food was extremely good but a little disappointed with the staff as we were told there would be a 40 minute wait for food - the restaurant was no where near full and it felt like we weren't wanted???? Better customer service definitely needed.
Food was great! Service was great but at lot of flies about the place while we were eating which put us off slightly.
This was an easy 5 from me Saturday night, stopped on the way back frm Legoland, we cud quickly see that the place had been left under-staffed all day but I have to commend Isabelle and her team, at least 2 waiting-on staff down and their service was 2nd to none, even when they made a mistake with the kids meals, it was quickly rectified, I've been to restaurants with double the staff with far worse quality of food and service, the mains were to die for, scummy Italian food, prompt and at a very reasonable price!! What more could you ask for Excellent!!
Very fast and friendly service. Takeaway pizzas and doughballs ready in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend as a takeaway option when stopping for a break. Very clean inside and looks lovely for dine in too.
Burned edges on pizza, place not busy at all, and be careful as glass can be dirty, felt like waitress were talking about people, pointing at customers which felt at least weird, a lot of choices in the menu, drinks menu is size of dishes menu, pizza base were nice and thin, taste was ok, felt a bit a lack of toppings but it might be my subjective opinion. I would recommend, but every time You see something, just point it with good manners, they might be just not aware that such problem exists. Make a places better 😉

Stopped for dinner on the way back from Heathrow. Was lovely to have a proper restaurant at a service station other than the normal burger joints. The food was as always lovely, and I can highly recommend the place as a stop off.
I haven't been to Pizza Express in a long time. We stopped at this one for lunch and food was good, especially the Calzone. They have a decent kid's menu too. The place was clean and the staff was really nice.
Good to see Pizza Express at these services. The overall standard of these services is quite good. The Pizza Express itself is pretty decent. Good turn around time. The only negative is very young staff, very well meaning and well mannered, tend to forget requests.
Well done to Caviar. Excellent at his job. These services aren't exactly good however today went for my meal at Pizza Express and at first I was going to leave but Caviar persevered and got through to me. Well done!! The food was excellent and the service was excellent also.
