Cannot recommend this place enough. Firstly the staff were amazing. Very attentative and great recommendations about the wine. They dealt with my son's allergies superbly, even checking packets and ingredient lists on seasonings. I cannot falter the customer service here. And the whole place was spotless.
Now for the food.....oh my word it was delicious and plentiful. Halloumi wasn't dry like it often is when it's on a kebab, and the salad was delicious and fresh. Every bite of every meal was perfect. Would highly recommend!!!
Went here for meal last night ,hadn't booked we just walked in and staff greeted us straight away,very friendly .we both had a drink each whilst choosing from menu we had the stuffed vine leaves and hummus to start ,but they brought us lentil soup first which was lovely then our starters with fresh bread .we had ordered a platter to share for main which was very filling all different meats ,kebabs,ribs,chops this was served with rice and salad ,food was really tasty and hot ,and you can see it being cooked too .definately be returning here soon .thankyou for lovely meal .

We had a fabulous meal here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble . There was a great atmosphere in the restaurant. It was our first visit and and we are planning to return again . We would definitely recommend The Sultan for the great food ,service and great atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back .

You cannot leave Liverpool without trying this restaurant! What a gem! Everything from the food, the staff, the ambience, the cleanliness, even the program on the tv whilst waiting for your food was a clever touch! Highly recommended! The flat bread with some spices is out of this world!
Lovely food , lovely atmosphere and as for the service 10/10 and would recommend to everyone. Would be perfect for a birthday or big group of people as very friendly and fun!

Really top notch friendly service at Sultan. The food was good, especially the lamb and the Skewers were amazing. The restaurant is a stones throw from Crosby beach. Parking is on street. The decor is very nice and the facilities were clean.
Just for info regarding Halal diet: They serve Halal lamb and chicken, which I was advised is prepared separately to other items. They do serve alcohol on the premises and some dishes contain pork / alcohol as well.
Was first time to try this restaurant with family. We loved the food there. Very well cooked with delicious taste. The portions were also great. We tried the early bird offers which have good value for money. Waiters were polite and helpful. It was an overall excellent experience.

Been a few times now and always had an amazing meal. Went last Friday and surprised to find it was very quiet so atmosphere was a bit subdued but the food, again was outstanding, mixed meze for starters, everything cooked to perfection and lots of it followed by delicious spicy chicken thighs. Service great, lovely and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough.

Lovely food and great service. Good value for money too. The place seemed rather empty to atmosphere probably wasn't what it could have been, though we went on a Sunday for a late lunch.
Had a lovely meal in here after stumbling across it following a walk along the beach. The waitressing staff where lovely and welcoming from the second we walked in. Nothing was too much, food was amazing and drinks where 10/10. Will definitely be coming back 😎 Was reasonably priced and worth every penny.

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Liverpool.
Me, my little boy, my cousin and her Son came in on Friday afternoon. They were having issues with the gas supply which took a while to sort out, though understandable. After a while, I had to gesture to the manager to order drinks which did take a little while just for a few cokes. The food did take a while to come out...but wow...it was really delicious, the presentation was amazing and the portion sizes were huge.

Good, really authentic, big portions. Having just come back from Turkey it was really surprising to find such an authentic experience on the outskirts of Liverpool . The meat was succulent and the portions were large, I felt as if Mezze platter was good enough to feed two. Despite being fairly busy the service was attentive and efficient.
Recently, we dined in this restaurant and we enjoyed the meals they served. Milan really provided an excellent service. After my recent encounters with substandard food, this place was a refreshing change. Thank you.

This is one of the nicest Turkish restaurants in Liverpool in my opinion. It's run by a lovely family and the food is always spot on. The portions are big and delicious.
