So I drove to find this place after hearing so much about the Cakes. I'm vegan gluten free with a soy allergy. I had a raw vegan pecan cake... cake? It was more like a little bit of magic. Nice cuppa with almond milk. Then a walk down to the beach. A fabulous little afternoon.
I can't recommend this place enough. The staff are wonderful, the settings are lovely and the cakes are amazing.
I just demolished a power bomb and I have a snickerlicous to have later.
Love this place. Caz makes the most amazing deserts! I really thought I would struggle to find anything I could eat, I'm vegan and I can't have cocoa or bananas due to migraines. There was about 4 or 5 choices ready to eat. I picked the raw pagan pie and it was delicious. A real melt in your mouth pie.
This place is literally amazing! Whether you're looking for regular cake, vegan or gluten-free, everything tastes as good as it looks! An institution that is loved by so many... Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
All the cakes here are so delicious, the cheesecakes are the best i have ever tasted! Love the staff and the whole ethos of the shop. Thanks for being so boss guys!
I cannot recommend Caz enough for the fabulous wedding cake she made for us.we knew she was good, but the cake was just out of this world and she was amazing at keeping in touch. When our guests and us got to our venue, everyone was wowed... it was really that fabulous x

Caz and her team made my wedding cake. It was a semi-naked 3 tier Victoria sponge and it was absolutely delicious! Caz was great from the out-set, meeting with me to discuss what I wanted and keeping in touch closer to the time to confirm everything. The cake looked and tasted amazing and all of our family and friends absolutely loved it. It was devoured completely on the day! It was also really reasonably priced which I know is important when planning such an expensive day! Overall, I can't recommend Caz's Kitchen enough. Thank you!x

Never been anywhere with tastier cakes and to have the option of a healthier one is always amazing when I want a reward but don’t want to be too greedy! After many visits I thought it was about time I left a review about this fantastic place, to put it simply the treats from here taste absolutely fabulous.
Whether you are a vegan or more specifically have celiac therefore need gluten free options. You’re not going to find a place with a tastier and more fairly priced variety of goods, that taste no different to items containing products you cant have.
Not to mention how the bakes here tend to taste extremely fresh and seem to use a perfect balance of greatly sourced ingredients to avoid being alike supermarket cakes which contain excessive amounts of sugar, are badly baked and have harmful preservatives in them.
My visit this time I treated me and a family member too the carrot cake“sandwich”, Nutella party cake, sticky toffee apple cake, chocolate gingerbread cake(GF), caramel cheesecake(GF) and the Black Forest brownie.
Everything you could possibly want or expect from these products was met perfectly such as the texture, freshness, taste. So good in fact a usual favourite bake from there the carrot cake was already fully and happily eaten by myself before I could take the pictures.
You always get an incredibly friendly vibe from the staff and atmosphere here and you always feel like you’re welcomed and can be helped by knowledgeable bakers with whatever you’re looking for.
In conclusion whether you just want a slice of anything you can probably think of, or want to go all the way with a bake that could feed a party of people. There is simply nowhere else in the area that competes with Caz’s for me on all these fronts which for an independent business is absolutely amazing.
Went here today for the first time. I thought I could have sat in with a cuppa and a cake but realised there’s no seats so got a few to take out. Oh my god! The most yummy and fresh cakes here! Got a selection of carrot cake, custard cake and Victoria sponge. All of them were faultless. I can’t wait to go back. Lovely customer service too!
I have to visit here every week for a sweet treat. Great range of home made cake, biscuits and more, and they do breads on Friday and Saturday. There's some seating inside and outdoors at the back if you fancy a cuppa. Make this your regular snack spot!

A fantastic selection of home made cakes. The two I tried were 10 out of 10. They were both sugar free but sweetened with fruit. I will definitely come back again and try the rest of the selection. Kaz is lovely, knowledgeable and helpful as well. A superb independent cafe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful bakery in the heart of the community. Exceptional cakes, ranging from healthier Vegan options to out and out indulgence. With so many great cakes to choose from, deciding would be the same as be asked to choose your favourite child. Great for a coffee and to watch the world go by. Caz and her staff are tremendously helpful and always inviting. A big player on the local independent business scene too. Caz's Kitchen ticks every box. 10/10
Fantastic cakes, obviously made with great passion for flavour and ingredients. I had an amazing hot cross scone which was beyond delicious. Everything I’ve tasted from this shop has been just lovely, from the Bakewell tarts to the brownies and Jammy Dodger cakes. Give this place a try - I promise you won’t be disappointed.
Love this place!! A brilliant community focus for St John's Road. We've been going since it opened. Love popping in for an oat milk coffee and vegan slice!! Have been ordering our birthday cakes and Christmas goodies too. Really can't say enough good things about this beautiful little bakery and staff. They're awesome!
What a great cafe and cake shop, we got cakes, quality coffees and the children had lovely hot chocolates, jumped in the car and ate them on the beach. Couldn't ask for better staff, very friendly, patient and helpful. Excellent.
