Discovered this beautiful little place on a motorcycle ride out. We met there on a Wednesday evening and there were lots of different types of bikes. The owners were really sensible about parking and exiting the venue. There is a bar there and menu which catered for fast food on such a busy night.
Went here over King Charles's coronation weekend. Lots of places to sit outside. They had a band playing and it was nice to sit outside next to the river and listen to the music with a cheeky pint and prosecco! The Eton mess I had was absolutely delicious!
Riverside cafe on the banks of the River Medway, fine menu eat inside or out, looks a bit rustic but 4 out of 5 on cleanliness. Carpark and just a few minutes over Bow Bridge from Wateringbury Station
Lovely little find down by the river. Spent a pleasant afternoon here with friends. Very friendly owners. It does get busy at times, but they have a good system in place where you get a pager when your food is ready. Also a very friendly cat keeps you company. 😊
A real nice little cafe on the river medway water front in Wateringbury.
Nice freshly cooked food, and very quick service, clean and tidy, dogs are welcome.
If you are down that way totally recommend it.
It’s definitely up and coming. They’ve started doing motorbike meeting and today the ford r/s club was there. It’s reasonable and you get to sit by the river while eating or drinking. There’s also a full on bar there.
The food was delicious and cooked fresh to order served with a lovely and friendly staff, food and drink options for dietary requirements, sell ice creams and cakes which were nice and refreshing to have, pet friendly and child friendly my son loved the cat the had wondering around, nice music throu
Visited with my husband and children. A really lovely lunch. Perfect for sitting by the river and watching the world go by. Friendly staff, lovely food. As a local Tearooms owner I often recommend here for a cooked breakfast and I am glad I do. Will be back on another day off.
Have called in here a couple of times now. Very welcoming with a reasonably priced menu. Sitting outside by the the river is a lovely way to spend some time
Ladies friendly , service is quick , busier times longer but the foods worth waiting for and I'd rather it take longer if cooked and presented well , nice surroundings, I love it here will be back down in November, can't wait ....
