Chives Cafe - Watchet - Photo album

Beautiful little café just off the main harbour in Watchet. Lovely full English breakfast.
What a fantastic place. We were lucky to get a table as it’s clearly an “in demand” place. Had a Brie and bacon panini, large latte and fruit scone. What a treat, the food was fantastic. The service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back when we are in the area again. The se
Very nicely presented and prepared food. I would return - that says it all! The only downside is that it allows dogs.... but on my visit it wasn't a problem. Good gluten free options I enjoyed the ciabatta.
We were lucky, arrived at the right time before it got busy. Not very big, few people outside waiting to be seated - which just goes to show how popular it can get. Food cooked from fresh so short wait, probably more at busier times, around 15 mins. Food really tasty and cakes lovely. Hubby said pas
Lovely staff, good, honest food. We came to visit Watchet on a muggy day in Spring and this little place caught our eye for lunch. They welcomed the 5 of us in and saw us to a table. They have a food menu for children an adults alike. Our 4 year old got a hot chocolate and proceeded to spill it.
A lovely little local Cafe. We had an Excellent breakfast in there, and also Cream teas with local jams, we even bought some to take home. Friendly staff with a warm atmosphere.
Best ever hot chocolate! Defo place for a hot drink on a chilly day
Nice little cafe near the harbour & open on a Sunday afternoon. Good range of food including vegetarian & gluten free options. Picture shows gf goats cheese & caramalised onion. Sweet shop & delicatessen also part of the cafe. Dog friendly too. Service was quick, efficient & friendly. Parking is abo
Good fried breakfast with bubble and squeak instead of hash browns. Poached eggs were done on request and a coffee was decent. Not bad for less than a tenner
Great cafe just off the main Quay side. 2 x Brie and Bacon with Cranberry sauce and a couple of pots of tea, just what we needed after our motorcycle ride. Staff really friendly.
Love this little gem in Watchet and use it everytime we go. Excellent poached eggs on toast and delicious cappuccino. Hubby had breakfast with his coffee. Both thoroughly enjoyed as usual. Quite busy and vibrant. Always go for breakfast but will definitely try some lunch next time
Amazing cafe, great food. Really enjoyed the scone jam & cream with carrot cake on the side. Finished off with a full English, which was perfect!
Lovely little cafe great food and coffee - toilets are down stairs and all on one level - dog friendly - staff were very friendly and helpful
Went here for lunch with some friends last week and it really nice. I will definitely be going back again in the future

Our first visit to Watchet while staying in North Devon. We popped into Chives cafe for a latte and lemonade Shandy . Both very nice. The staff are very friendly. I had a scone with jam and cream to take away which I took back to our country House hotel. The scone was lovely and light. Looking at th
