Been through 3 times for vegenaise and no one seemed to know where it was but today a lad called Davey scoured the shop for me and found it in the warehouse. I'm chuffed I've managed to get my hands on it. He also found the violife cheese plater for me too. He has fab customer service :)
Staff in the restaurant are fab , mams in a wheelchair and they couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Very courteous staff when you are served and when your meal arrives..👏👏👏😀
The food hall staff are always there to help also .

Well done to Sainsbury's at The Galleries for helping the couple with the lost car today. I couldn't stay to see them reunited but the Security, the Cafe staff and the Parking attendant couldn't have been more helpful. Well done Sainsbury's x
quite a large place with decent variety. It is one of the biggest in Durham area and they generally have what you need. The parking could be busy especially around the entrance but the shopping mall has other car parks that could be used
Two assistants were really helpful when I was looking for a top and trousers. Trouble was the items showed up as not in stock on their mobiles… however I did eventually find what I was looking for. But assistants were very pleasant and tried to help me

A great store has more to chose from, love the bakery with bread where it can be sliced, dont get this on many stores the personal touch has gone, not good, and lovely range of cakes and pastries on a other level.
It’s starting to get there now for the prices of shopping and groceries and things that you need and you can also use Argos to get your presents for birthdays and Christmas and presents for christenings and most of all the perfect and personal gifts for the other half and that’s what I normally do when I go out to Sainsbury’s and I have a good look on the website before hand and just pick up when on my way around to meet up and then I do the grocery shopping and then head home and place it in the perfect place so she finds it

Nice supermarket good quality products, not many maned checkouts, but I don't like having my bags searched against my recipes just before leaving the store, most people are not thieves.
Little bit expensive but you can get a few things reasonable. Plenty room and nice and cool . Not jammed packed like most supermarkets nice and quiet as well.
This shop is massive. I was very impressed by the prices, I normally shop in Aldi and Asda but I found that a lot of things were the same price and a lot were cheaper. I would go more often but I live quite a distance from Washington.
Amazing view , free car park , a lots of choises , nice clean and tidy
Over all its a great place for grocery shopping, kids wearing is great here. There are couple of things, For some items, I believe the I prices are high.
There is no halal meat available here as well.

I like sainsburys very much it's bright clean huge choice if items ....food clothing and houseware. There is a restaurant upstairs very reasonably or priced. There are toilets and a lift. There is lots of parking and it's all on the flat very wheelchair friendly
They have introduced reusable bags for veg and fruit handy for keeping the fridge clean too and they have the Smart shopper....scan your item then bag it ....then go to checkout ....it's brilliant
There are fresh food counters ...meat fish pizza cooked chickens and the bakery dept
