Love using Premier Inns, the staff are always really friendly and helpful never had a bad night sleep or a bad meal will alway recommend to friends and family.
What can we say, Mary poppins springs to mind, practicly perfect in every way. Loved it every one was so polite and helpful well done staff premier Inn you should be proud of them. Evening meal deal and breakfast was lovely hot plates always a welcome we will be back soon. Thank you all
My wife and I stopped in the one in Warwick, our stay there was brilliant the reason for this was the warm frendly staff and the good food, we walked in we were alacated a room on the fourth floor, I only mentioned my wife cannot go in lifts! the staff member change us to ground floor room, only two days but what a wonderfully stay.
Had a very nice comfortable stay , food was amazing, staff looked after my children excellent. Would stay and recommend .
everything as usual premier Inn standards good staff and clean and tidy air conditioned rooms. with a large comfortable bed TV kettle shower bath and hairdryer everything you need for a night away or just a Base for a longer stay food is good to. only personal preference for me that I'm really not happy with is oddly shaped letter box style plates and accompanying small round dish/containers for instance chips in one peas in another. just a normal plate is so much easier.
Really enjoyed my stay, staff were friendly, service was great. Very nice food and a great couple nights sleep.
Great staff, very friendly atmosphere and spotless rooms, topped by a fantastic cooked breakfast, location means it’s good to get into town by car or a £6 taxi ride into the centre. I will be happy to stay there again.
This is our second time this year staff very friendly specially Becky as they very short staffed but nothing to much trouble to any of them room very good just one volt Windows do not open we no there is air conditioning but like a window open at nit it will not stop use coming back hopefully next March
Always stay at the hotel when in Warwick nice staff good food highly recommend it
We have stayed in many Premier Inns. The staff at Warwick were the best we have encountered. They are polite, friendly and lovely.
I had the meal deal which was very good value. The prawn cocktail starter was lovely served with warm ciabatta. I had chicken katsu curry & rice with a side of broccoli and peas. It was really tasty and the peas were perfect. The tiramisu was also delicious to finish. The service was very prompt and Demi Lee was very friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this restaurant.

Was a bit sceptical due to other reviews but can safely say we’d eat here again.
