Lovely and warm welcome, good customer service. Staff always have a smile on their faces. The food also tastes amazing.
Very delicious food, great ambiance, just at the heart of Warrington.
Just keep in mind that- you have to place your order online by scanning the QR code and table number available on your table. None will be taking order manually.

We visited here on a Monday lunch time. We were immediately warmly welcomed by Andy and taken to a lovely table. We had a short wait for food but we were not disappointed! Cleanliness was clearly of high priority as the staff were brushing up and cleaning sides whilst we were there. Thank you Nandos
We were greeted by a very polite and professional young lady called Charlie. She advised that there was a 15-20 minute wait, took our name then we went back after 15 minutes and we welcomed back and taken to our table. My grandson didn't manage to eat all his dinner so she kindly offered the service
We visited our local nandos and was amazed our waitress Charley was so helpful and welcoming, the food as per usual was fresh and came in a reasonable time scale the tables where spotless and she even brought over some of our preferred sauces !!! Good old Nando’s. Went there at 5pm. It was empty. Then it got really busy at 6.
Went in for a takeaway where I was greeted by a happy smiling member of staff who directed me to the till …I left to return shortly to collect and when approaching I believe it was maybe the manager opened the door then had a meaner of staff bring my food over in which I’m leaving she happily wished
It sadly feels rare that you get great customer service at the moment but I went in last night with my daughter and the manager Andy was absolutely superb and really helpful with my daughters gluten allergy.
We arrived at lunch time and were seated immediately. Easy to order on the app, and food was lovely.
Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere here. The employees were keen to help and service was efficient.

A short wait in the virtual queue then off to our table
App to order drinks was a bit of a pain but food came quickly and was perfect as always!
Special shout to our server I didn’t catch her name but she had a purple and pink leopard print face
Nice place for a dinner 🥘 with my better half. At first I thought I will be complicated to order, but it is quite easy and staff is always there to help and explain things if you struggle 👍. Next time I will try something a little more hot 😂.
Greeted by Charley and Andy. Both fantastic hosts. Food was great and served quickly. Great service with a smile!
