This is an amazing place to go to get some food. The service is amazing. Staff are lovely and always bring out everything you order. Love this place. Would recommend 👌
Just wanted to thank some of the staff for their assistance and especially the store manager for the help recently regarding a parking matter.
Also, the baby changing room was cleaned prior to me needing to use it for my little one, the staff were all polite and the food was prepared and presented all in according to how it should be 5* from me 👍🏼
Matty straight away was pleasant and polite and professional really recommend this Kentucky fried chicken to anyone absolutely five star for the cleanliness of the restaurant the others in Warrington stink
I frequently have an issue when I order something from here that I’m missing fries or a sauce - which I report to support and get a voucher as compensation (nice but I’d rather have all my order).

Me and my boyfriend went into the restaurant and was greeted by a girl named Chloe at the counter. She was lovely and very sweet. She said that there would be a 20 minute wait on mini fillets and as that’s what I wanted we decided to wait. She was so apologetic and polite. She offered us a drink and popcorn chicken while we were waiting which was a really thoughtful gesture and said she would do what she can to speed things up. We sat there and she kept asking if we needed anything which was really good customer service. I could tell that it had been a long day for her but she never broke her amazing customer service throughout. She then told us that it wouldn’t be too long so asked us to come to the counter to order. Unfortunately they didn’t have many sides left as it was around 9:30pm so asked if we wanted anything else which was really nice. She accommodated my request without any hesitation and offered us another drink while we waited for it to be packed up. It was really lovely to see such a sweet and considerate member of staff working there and I will most definitely be back in store soon! The customer service experience she gave us was unlike anything I’ve witnessed over the past few years and thought she deserves praise! She is a credit to the store. She was more try an happy to make us feel welcome and valued as a customer and there was never anything that was too much to ask! Thank you very much Chloe we have had a really good experience 😊

Compare to the other KFC in Warrington, this one is pretty clean and the service is reasonable fast. And they do have RICEBOXES 👍
Staff were great, little disappointed with pineapple lollipops (tasteless) only had these as there was no ice cream. My young boys enjoyed their first KFC experience, shame about the desserts but they haven't been put off.
Solid, KFC is finger lickin' good. Not wuite McDonalds though
Great food friendly staff fast service
After working a very long day, my partner and I were passing by this KFC on the way home and figured we'd have something quick. They didn't have a lot of chicken left, but it was close to closing time. Despite this, Ryan provided top quality service, not just asking what we'd like, but had a great conversation with him. Didn't matter what we were ordering, we were just having a good time bantering with him. Fantastic service.
Staff are friendly and very helpful (even when they are under staffed), they adapt and improvise. Good quality food , as usual. Lots of parking or drive through. 👍🏼
