When calling 1 hour later they say it will be 10-15 minutes, chase this 30 minutes later and they say the driver has set off so will be 10-15 minutes. Today was takeaway night and after a short debate with the family, we settled on ordering an Indian. Looking through Just Eat, we happened across Royal Spice in Warrington as a local takeaway company. Excitedly we placed our order and were happy to receive a delivery timescale of 45 minutes! Food arrived worryingly quickly. Delivering to penketh is at least a 10 minute drive. Food arrived in under 20 mins which leads me to assume chef mike was on the line. The sauce of the bhuna tasted great, however the chicken tikka was disgusting. Microwaved then lobbed in the sauce last minute. Chic

Waited for food for 3 hours, didnt show up. We called several times, owner repeatedly lied and said the delivery driver was on our street. Apparently the delivery driver was on our street for more than an hour? Absolutely appalling / rude service, do not order from this place.

Ordered online through just eat a while back and it's one of the best in Warrington. The chefs specials are really nice and good starter selection. It's the only place we use now for a curry.
