Service was slow after ordering in advance on the app. But food was surprisingly good.
Not the worst McDonald's, been coming here for years and as all fast food restaurants, your experience varies depending on the location.
Generally speaking, the food is correct, usually warm, the staff are nice enough and the restaurant is clean. There's plenty of parking and even a children's play area. Food is quickly provided.
Over all, the best McDonald's in Warrington, which is hardly an award - it is still McDonald's at the end of the day.
This is the loveliest mc Donald's I have ever been to it is super clean, service is always super fast and the play area is AMAZING! Food is always hot when brought out and is overall a really nice place to eat.would recommended 👌

Just called in for a mcflurry to cool down while waiting for my bus, also got a strawberry lemonade. Service wasn't too bad although I would say they seem to get to justeat and mobile orders out 1st before customers sitting in there. Can't really comment on atmosphere as there was only me and another family in there eating all the others was waiting for preordered food via collectors.

Service seems to be getting slower and slower each time and price increase has significantly changed for each item which is no longer the cheaper option for food and specially for a family.

Very swift service. The food was really hot. We aye onside and it was clean and appeared to be well run.
Very impressive McDonald's. Staff friendly and attentive. Our order was brought to our table by a manager, I think, who took time to make sure that we had everything we needed. Even the member of staff emptying the bin was friendly and obliging. Clearly, the morale here is excellent, a sign of first class management.
We actually live right by one of the few other McDonald's in the region that has a soft play area - Formby. However, their play area is often closed, as it was today, so we made a special journey to Warrington to use this restaurant, and it was well worth it!
Also, having not had McDonald's coffee anywhere other than Formby for a long time, I had forgotten how good the real stuff is! Thank you so much :)
