Always ontime even on bad days around Christmas, bank holiday etc, always consistant good warm food. I’ve had deliverys for 8 years+. Credit where credit is due. I never review but they deserve it. X
Second time I've ordered from here and both times, the food has been really nice. Love the chicken wings in OK sauce. Definitely order again .

They don't deliver to our area as too far so we drove.

Food is a lot better than other Chinese takeaways we have used. A little more pricy than others but that is what you have to pay for quality. We actually drive to collect our order as we are outside their delivery area. Portion size is good too.

I have ordered from New Summer Palace several times over the years whether it be over the phone, via Just Eat, or more recently using their own app on Android and they have never let me down.
Never had an issue with their food from fish 'n' chips to special fried rice, crispy seaweed to spare ribs and it has always tasted delicious.
As an example, this evening I ordered at 7:40pm, App said it would come within 60 minutes and it arrived within 25 minutes, piping hot fresh and delicious as always.
I would recommend them every time.
Delivery on time even though restaurant text to say they were running late. Meal delicious and plentiful. Delivery driver polite and friendly. Definitely be ordering from them again.
Good salt and pepper chips and excellent curry sauce. Some Chinese dishes like special chowmein are a bit bland with no green in.
The best Chinese food I've ever had. The staff are all pleasant & very polite. The portions are brill with loads of meat and all of it is delicious. Ordered from here before and came back because it was so tasty. Also try the chicken wings because they are so good.
New Summer Palace is my favourite Warrington Chinese Takeaway. I have a severe nut allergy and whenever I have called them to check on the ingredients in a dish they have been informative, friendly and accommodating. I can’t recommended them highly enough!
