We tried the Christmas pie which tasted rather weird with the combination of mince and jam but I enjoyed it. The pineapple sticks from the happy meals was really delicious.
I don't think it's well laid out , considering they want us to order on the screens there's too much space by the 'cash point ' that could be better used for seating
Staff took longer to serve us as there preparing a big order for shipment
I go to this McDonalds pretty regularly as I have a stressful job and it's on my way home, and I've never had a bad experience. I've always received what I've ordered, the food has been good quality, hot, and made pretty quickly, the staff always seem to be working hard and trying to serve everyone in a good timeframe. It seems like some reviewers expect the McDs staff to shower them in rose petals and lay out a customized 5 star dining experience which is ridiculous - this is fast food, go to a fancy sit down restaurant if you expect that kind of treatment.
It has been refurbished recently and you can tell. Not too busy and plenty of seating. Fast service and friendly staff 👍
Service was very efficient and we sat in the outdoor area. Everywhere was well kept, staff were friendly too. Tried the new Mcplant burger as a meal, it was very tasty and can recommend. Just hope that the options will be extended, such as a double burger option. Will be recommending the new burger.

Chips very fresh & hot unlike others McDonalds I have been to, seats outside to catch a tan on sunny day like today, as I'm writing this review, one of workers ask me would I like campaign over us to shade us from sun, not every day McDonalds ask u that, plus very polite staff, 5 stars for this mcdonalds
I have been eating a Big Mac and fries with a chocolate milk shake for 35 years on the odd occasion when I'm out of the office on a road trip for lunch.
It's a nice treat and easy to eat and fills me up until tea time.

Good quality McDonald’s the other ones in the town aren’t as good but riverside always has the better quality of food. Only bug is the drive through when busy can be hard to get around as it’s so tight.
Alway fast foods good and good for our weekly thrusday tea for after karting well done 👍
