Excellent milkshakes and loads of choices prices are not expensive the atmosphere the diner creates is brilliant and the staff are fantastic what more could u want oh yeah (maybe to open one in Wigan so I could go more than once a week lol) really great place highly recommend !!
Went to the 1st birthday vape meet. Wow what can you say ........ Amazing place with fantastic staff ,a great range of products and the milkshake was to die for of course !!!! Made to feel welcome and had a brill night with brill company whens the next one 😁😁😁
Came into the shop to buy pen and juice. Told the lovely lady ([Sorry didn't get her name) what I was looking for. Asked loads of questions and she gave me exactly the right thing. Set it up for me and gave me loads of advice. Will be going back to buy juices again. Superb customer service and knowledge of products.

I have been using the Warrington store for a few years, the guys working there have always been great with their service, returned today with a faulty battery, I was expecting to purchase a new battery, but they checked the sales record and exchanged it under the warranty, fantastic service, won't be going anywhere else.
Nothing it too much trouble for this store. They spent a lot of time, taking me through the intricacies of an ecig, let me try a range of different devices and had a large number of different flavours for me to try! The guy who served me was friendly and they even gave me a free bottle of liquid to get me going. A great shop who clearly care about their customers. I will be back, without a doubt. Thank you!!
Visited today for my first ecig. Fantastic help in choosing the right one. Great patience shown in allowing me to try a number of oils till I found ones I liked. Went the extra mile and showed me how to set it up. Highly recommended.
Been here in the past and didn’t have the greatest of experiences, however came in earlier and was greeted by a new staff member called James. He was very attentive and showed me a wide variety of products, helping me find the best for me. Definitely changed my mind on changing stores. Thank You!
Friendly shop with a great atmosphere! The staff are very knowledgeable and help you decide which products are most suitable for your needs. A great range of liquids which are manufactured in the uk, this was a definite selling point for me. I can happily say I haven't smoked a regular cigarette since I started vaping. Visited the Warrington store looking to purchase my first ecig. I was impressed with the range in stock and I had the features of each explained. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I purchased a mid range ecig along with a few liquids. So far I am very impressed with the quality of the products. I am a digital marketer by trade and what impressed me most is the total brand experience from entering the store to taking the product home.

My boss bought her new e-cig from here before Christmas, there was a minor issue (she hadn't put the coil in before turning it on) and asked me to pop back (I work around the corner), I went and the guy I spoke to that day was super helpful, I explained it wasn't mine, he asked if I smoked and had considered getting one, but was in no way pushy, or tried to get me to buy one but was helpful in answering any questions I had. As a result of this - in order to stop smoking - I came in here to buy an e-cig, I went with my mum, we were dealt with by Ben, who was very helpful, we told him that we didn't really know what it was we were looking for so would very much have to be sold something, he went through the various product range with us and helped us to decide which was best, in the end I bought both of us one, and one for my boyfriend too! Ben was lovely and helpful, he clearly explained the product, the liquids as well as how to maintain the device/battery and what to do if anything goes wrong. We will be popping back in this weekend for some more liquids!
Excellent service, I can’t rate Jimmy enough he couldn’t do enough to help me as a novice to vaping! Been back many times since! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, very professional thanks guys!
