Just been to your restaurant, you guys were very understaffed and under pressure. We ordered food which took 20 minutes and then we ordered desserts which took a further 50 minutes. The food was hot and enjoyable and we got a refund for the desserts. Our waitress was friendly and apologetic, all your staff were pleasant and polite. So despite being understaffed and under pressure, your staff showed extreme professionalism and hospitality. Me and my family enjoyed our meal and desserts and would definitely be returning. Today we took the Warrington 10th scout group to Harvester. The children had a fantastic experience eating the salad and lots of them tried something new. We had two amazing members of staff looking after us, Brogan and Lauren. They took the time to arrange exciting games and activities for the children. I would highly recommend this to any school or group looking to teach children about healthy eating. Again the staff were absolutely outstanding. Well done Harvester

I was a bit unsure whether to go after reading some of the reviews but we went anyway. Customer service was great, kids well looked after & food was lovely. Definitely will be going again.... Very soon!!
Breakfast Can be a bit slow with food and crockery a bit absent but you get what you pay for.

The food was pleasant and I loved that you get free toast with your breakfast! There is also a wide range of breakfast dishes to choose from.
The staff deserve a praise as they were so friendly and accommodating and worked at a fast pace.
First time visiting and we were very impressed with everything. The venue is bright, modern and very spacious. We were looked after by Amy our dedicated waitress who was perfect and very customer focused.
The unlimited salad bar is WOW so much choice and sauces all complimentary. The food is very reasonable considering the quality and drinks are very fairly priced.
Really looking forward to returning.

Always liked it here and never got disappointed;) Their breakfast menu and lunch menu are both my favourite, tried chargrill chicken flatbread today which was super delicious. Also free salad bar is always fresh with lots to choose from. Service was good too.
I could barely walk after dining in here because i was so full. Really massive portion of food. I had a £16 lunch meal of 2 courses with unlimited salad bar. Really really worth the price.
Staff were fantastic. Really friendly and helpful. The food was better than average, but you get what you pay for. A good "everyday" kind of place rather than a "special occasion" pub. Would definitely return.
Just been in for dinner with the family. Not been too harvester for a long time as we went off it. But we came back and food was fresh and extremely delicious. Will definitely be back. We were served by Leah. Her service was friendly and she was very helpful. I had the bird surf and turf and it was amazing. Steak was perfection. Will be back!!
The server was very friendly and the meal was lovely. The cost of the meals was on the high side but the cost of the drinks was extortionate. £3.75 for a glass of orange juice and nearly £6 for a shandy. It bumped the bill right up beyond what I can reasonably afford
Family lunch. Had the chicken and ribs . perfectly cooked and so tasty. Love the kickiin coleslaw on the salad bar and great range of sauces. Served by Leah - lovely young girl and lovely manner.

Went with my partner for a midweek meal. Food was really tasty and the staff are always really friendly and always on hand to help. If you can't be bothered cooking after work then the Harvester is a definite go to place for food and friendly service.
We really enjoyed this meal, it was a busy bank holiday weekend so we booked a table online about an hour before going. We got there just before table time and was shown straight in ( people just in front of was asked to come back in an hour or so). The lady who served us was very good taking time to speak and offer suggestions as required ( even though she was busy). Food was quick to cone to table, freshly cooked and we really enjoyed it. Credit where its due, thank you.
Had Katie L as our server and as always (we visit often) her personality and attitude shone through. I can honestly say she is one of the best servers I have come across.

Restaurant was quiet but staff offered a warm welcome and showed us to the seat of our choice. Atmosphere was pleasant and food was hot and appetising. Salad bar was well stocked and kept refreshed. Service was polite and friendly.
The young lady Olivia who served us throughout our stay was amazing. She was very polite and well mannered. The food itself was also 10/10 we could not say anything bad about our visit.
First visit and would definitely go again. Lovely salad bar which is self service. I had a steak. Lots of children in there but it was school holidays. If looking for a quite place for a chat this is not suitable. Id say family place to go with children. Good food and service
Place and food in Harvester is always nice however today Olivia made it extra special. The way she was looking after us and a baby made us feel warm and welcomed. Olivia was very friendly and helpful and with beautiful smile on her face. If she treats other customers the same way she treated us she definitely deserve a reward.
Visited today after a trip to the nearby IKEA was served by Sophie who was very helpful and friendly. Food was lovely very filling. Good value for money.The garlic bread was a slight disappointment but everything else was fab! Great place for families, spacious and the re fillable drinks are a massive plus. Salad bar was fresh but was disappointed it didn't have any type of Lettuce.
