The restaurant is an excellent training opportunity for the students with a great support team of staff. The food we ate was of a very high standard well presented. Cooked to perfection, nothing was over cooked or under done. We even brought home some of the breads. The standard for waiting on staff was wonderful, they are being instructed on how to behave in a professional setting which will help them all get good positions in the future. Highly recommended.
