I have been using this take away for a number of years now and have never been disappointed once. The food is of a very good quality and generous amount. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Please don't be put off by the outside this place is a hidden gem 💎
We always order our Indian takeaway from here as we think they definitely make the best curries in Penketh and Sankey. We would highly recommend this takeaway the staff are always very pleasant to.
Amazing food. Just amazing. I grew up in Leicestershire, amd lived near Rusholme in Manchester for a good while, and I can tell you that the food here is properly good! Authentic, delicious and great value for money. It is cash only, but there is a cash point at the co-op nearby, a walkable distance. If you're in the area, give them a try - you will not be disappointed!
Good food and decent prices. The staff and friendly and bubbly. Set menus are varied and offer good value. Dishes are extensive and tasty. When visiting, you get to see the chefs at work through and open-plan layout.
Things to note:
1. They don't accept card payments
2. They don't deliver
3. When it's busy, like a Friday night, it can take over 1h 30m to get your order.
That being said, it is a great place to order a takeaway from.

Just ordered the goan chicken, unfortunately it was lamb, but fortunately it was top notch. Mixed meat starter was excellent. I've had takeaways from here over the years but 1st time I've reviewed as it was so good.
Fantastic main courses (chicken tikka masala and chicken rogan Josh) probably the nicest rogan Josh I’ve ever had. The rice and naans were great too. Have to knock one star off as the onion bhajis were stone cold and rock hard.
Would definitely eat from here again but I’d have a different starter.
Fantastic food and service. We had a slight issue when I got home with our order. I rang the restaurant and within 10 minutes they were at my property with extra free food as well as the food we ordered. Can't fault them. Brilliant service 👏 👌.
Always a great experience at the Elaahi, food is tasty and some of the best takeaway food we have had.

GREAT VEGAN MENU. Top service and great food. Unusual to find a place which has a separate vegan menu online and clearly know the difference between veggie/vegan etc. Made an order last minute miles out of the delivery radius and had a quick delivery. The team even called to make sure the order was good. Highly recommend for the vegan menu in their online website ordering system.

Amazing food and lovely staff. Never had a bad meal here and the vegan dishes for my son are sublime. I could easily eat non meat dishes here every time I order.
