Enjoyed our meal with friends. I had 2 starters which were delicious. My husband had mussels which were a little overcooked but otherwise pleasant. Very nice and attentive staff

Went to meet up with friends of 50years standing. Beautiful setting. Good sensible menu. Everyone loved their food. Great burger, excellent meat course etc. Not overpriced.

My family and I came for Sunday lunch and were very impressed. It was obviously busy so I would say booking ahead is a must. The food was excellent and really delicious. They don't have a childrens menu they adjust portions to suit and they only have one vegetarian option but overall it's not a huge menu so that's quite fair. We had a wonderful time and will definite be back again despite it not being that local to us!

Brilliant food, lovely staff, and beautiful location with the garden down to the river. You can not fault it. It's an awesome place.

Sat outside by the river and it was lovely! The food was great but the service was a bit slow and inattentive at times. They wouldn’t take our food order as the wait staff coming round at the time were only taking drink orders so it took a while. Overall great atmosphere and fantastic location. Would return

Fantastic Sunday Roast and the deserts are to die for. Extremely good. Be prepared for a wait when busy but well worth it :-)

Had Sunday lunch. The food was excellent but the service left a lot to be desired. Just over an hour before our food arrived.

My first visit left nothing to be desired. Waitress service was second to none and the stunning gardens were a joy to while away a short stop. Will definitely be visiting again.

Hidden away in Wiltshire countryside, a plain Victorian building with garden bordered by a stream. Good food, dogs welcome. No nonsense sort of place. Did not stay.
