Called into Warkworth with my partner for a quick visit on a hot day recently. Really fancied an ice cream and this place had a few unique flavours on offer. Served by a lovely friendly polite lady and the plum ice cream was absolutely devine. ...real ice cream . Chocolates looked beautiful also!!. Its a must do really!

Went in a couple of weeks ago after visiting Warkworth Castle, lovely little shop, we were greeted by (who I assume is) the friendly owner and I had some of the tastiest ice cream I've ever had (I think it was Ferrero Rocher flavour).

When we went a week or so ago, the back part was closed for refurbishment, which was totally understandable. The lady who served us was so sweet and kind and took such delicate care in bagging our purchases. We both got almond croissants and they went down a treat with both ourselves and the ducks that stole the piece that I sadly dropped on the floor. The chocolates are delicious, they have some cute options too- we got a bee chocolate. They also sell some fantastic felted and crocheted items; of which we purchased a fair few. Cabosse is great and I highly recommend buying as much as you can carry.

Popped in twice for some of these delicious tarts and petit fours while in the area. I could see me developing an addiction if I lived here! !

I'm not a regular reviewer but am compelled after a single visit to Cabosse. Great gifts, paraphernalia and chocolates and the lady owner is wonderful.

Immense. Wonderful atmosphere and just incredible patisserie. Service can be a little slow, so it feels very French. But honestly, it's such a nice place to be I didn't mind at all. No phone signal inside the cafe or WiFi. Was forced to talk to my wife. I had savoury croissant (brie cheese melted) with an apricot chutney. With petit fours with coffee.

We’re currently sat on a bench drinking the hot chocolate while we write this review. We’ve driven all the way from Durham purely to visit today. This little shop is a friendly cozy place the owner is always friendly and welcoming. If you haven’t tried the hot chocolate it is honestly life changing the owner doesn’t over charge ( although she absolutely could and we’d still pay) if there’s once place I can’t recommend enough it would be here. Thank you!

I am from down south and was visiting the area. This is by far the best hot chocolate I have ever tasted in my entire life. Literally a small cup of thick, rich melted chocolate. The portion is quite small but do not be disappointed as- this is all you will need. I had to mark down 1 star because I’ve visited 3 times and every time the shop assistant is quite unfriendly/unhelpful and short with answers. It won’t stop me from coming back but does dampen the experience slightly.
