The Old Post Office - Wargrave - Photo album

Cute little coffee place in the middle of Wargrave village. The art and decorations are a little too oddball (maybe eclectic) but the staff were pleasant and friendly and the food options looked good. There's even a cute mezanine level with super-low ceilings which is fun for kids.
Great cosy restaurant with a homely feel. Amazing quality food. You get alot for your money, also if you want a big meal go for the large breakfast
Staff there are always incredibly friendly. With it recently being voted the 'Best Breakfast in Berkshire' you'd expect it to be busy/popular during peak times i.e. Saturday/Sunday. Selection of cakes/muffins is amazing and the coffee is better than most high street chains! it's a shame we've moved
This is hands down one of the best breakfast cafes in Southern England. They offer fantastic food and in very generous portions. The chef is a gifted woman with a bold style. The coffee is very well done as well. The location is a very home like setting, almost walking into your own comfortable liv
Lovely little cafe. Slightly rustic yet charming. Great coffee and snacks. A quiet place to meet with a friend to chat for hours or sit and read alone in their reading room... Can’t wait to go back! Just hoping they’ll start serving afternoon cream tea. That’s a favorite of mine. :)
As good as it used to be. Lovely lunch with fresh ingredients
A lovely place to sit, drink coffee/tea and pass some time with a friend catching up on the world, particularly if you get a window seat with the sun streaming in. Service is good. Delicious cakes (gluten free selection too) amazing breakfasts!
Had breakfast .Really generous portions. Love the randomness of the layout. He also picked up a slice of cake to take home which he said was yummy! On our go back here list.
Great place for groups and/or reading the papers over breakfast. Local produce for sale. Service was friendly and speedy. Coffee is mediocre although as good as you'll get in a non-specialist coffee place.
Avocado with poached eggs on wholemeal toast and crispy bacon on the side. was delicious and such a generous portion. The staff were lovely too! :-)
Brilliant breakfast. Premium quality products cooked well. Great choice of local produce and gluten free cakes with taste.
*Delicious* breakfast (the best in the area) & lovely coffee - but slightly slow service at peak times. Worth the wait though!
Don't know what Finbar Bevan's problem is, it's a great little cafe and does a superb breakfast, great for coffee and cakes as well, just don't go if you're a miserable old git.
Bike ride stop - had poached egg on brown with proper thick cut bacon. Sausages looked good too.
Good food, generous portions and a great setting. Staff are friendly but can be a little slow when it's busy
Great lunch, excellent coffee today and superb service today. Many, many thanks from the mid week cyclists!
