Fantastic place to stop and rest after a long walk. Clean toilet and surprisingly smelt lovely. The view from the outdoor area is sensational. I love eating with a view so I don't mind that it's a bit pricey.
We have been coming here for a long time and always enjoy it but this time it was ok ... it wasn't over busy so that couldn't be the reason. We ordered a sausage roll and baked potato with coronation chicken and 2 coffees ... the coffees and sausage roll came straight away and were delicious ... bu
Lovely tea room away from the crowds, but with plenty of parking needed because it gets busy, nice outlook with outdoor dining and one or two amusements for children to play on. Indoor dining has heating for colder weather. Menu limited but then it is a tea room and well up to those standards
Went for afternoon tea for 4 people. Food was amazing, great portion size, worth the money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is lovely. Definite recommend!!
Nice place to sit and have a cup of tea and a sandwich. Was very busy but has a good menu. Plenty of parking.
Had an amazing lunch even though it was exceptionally busy we didn't wait long and we were a table of 10. Food was really good and great portion sizes. We will definitely be back.
Lovely tea rooms. Very nicely done and the coffee and cakes were delicious. Also great for children with outdoor and indoor activities.
Smaller , relatively new tea room . Now with a conservatory extension. Small garden area to the rear with picnic tables . Staff are helpful and the americano was good . Have a look at the very reasonably priced bedding plants and shrubs afterwards.
We arrived for tea and cake on Mothers Day, without a booking. But we managed to get a table and some delicious cakes and sandwiches. Even a vegan cake for my granson who has a milk allergy. Very impressed. It was our first visit, but definitely won't be our last.
Was very busy. So service was a little slow. Food excellent as usual. Scones highly recommended
Absolutely adore this place. The food is amazing and I think everything is homemade, the service is always friendly and the surroundings are perfect. Love bringing my children here for lunch and a play on the slide.
Love this place, great choice of food and drink. When it's busy they struggle a bit but that's ok if you're not in a hurry.
Lovely tea room, outside seating, some covered. Small play area. Food looked good but didn't try it on this occasion.
First time visit, pleasant tea room, on a garden centre site (the garden centre is closed on Mondays, the tea room remains open) pastries were a little dried out, but tasty enough,no all day breakfast options, but that didn't stop the place filling up
Nice food( onion glazed sausage roll 🤤), good staff ,parking is a bit tricky but there is a field to the rear of the tea room that's ok to park on ! Plants are at a good price to ,this is going to be my new Sunday coffee stop as it's doggo friendly too .
Lovely tea room . Can get busy . Attached is a Nursery to buy plants at a reasonable price .
