Went with a very large group of us a week or two back, food was very good, all the food came out roughly the same time given the size of us all for a work party. Highly recommend. Good options of our gluten colleagues too. Easy with adding discounts on the app for anyone on the table and made it easy to pay too. My only negative would be the end when they added service charge and then automatically added a tip on. Happy to pay one, but usually one or the other personally.
Went for dinner on a Sunday evening. Moderately busy we, were seated and our order taken quickly. We were served all evening by Paige who was an absolute star with an amazing memory for remembering our order and not writing a single thing down. She also was chatty, charming, and politely humoured the conversions we kept dragging her into every time she came to our table. She clearly takes pride in her ability to provide fantastic customer service. (Give the girl a raise!) She's a real asset to the team - not to mention the food was super tasty. I'll 100% be back. We wanted food and wanted it fast. This is what we got.
It was soooo busy Saturday night. They fitted us in. Were quick to get the orders in and the pizzas came fast ! Perfectly cooked and RED HOT. i was very impressed. The team ran like clockwork. We were in , eaten and gone within the hour. Just what we needed.

I came with my husband for lunch during our break, and we had a very good time. We were very well taken care off, and the pizza's were amazing as usual. I definitely recommend this branch as all staff was very lovely.
Sat outside for dinner and the atmosphere was lovely, perfect date spot and was made even better by our lovely waitress Grace! Big thank you to her, we'll definitely be coming back!
The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff? They were super friendly! Even though it was crazy busy, they made sure to give us their undivided attention and took care of all our needs. 10/10 service and food
We have been the the Banbury venue multiple times. The food is always great and staff are very efficient and friendly. Paige has served us on two occasions and is amazing, such friendly service and nothing is ever to much trouble. She even remembered us from serving us the first time and made us feel very welcome. An amazing member of staff and an asset to the team! 😊
Service was great. Staff were attentive, food was really nice for my first pizza express experience. Also manager Ioana is definitely an asset to the company, very helpful.

Pizza express has always been one of my favourite venues. How ever, their recent menu changes are not in favour of vegetarian seekers and to my choice - the vegetarians and vegans seem to not get a wide variety of choices here.
Was my daughter's birthday. They were very good with us. Found us a table very quickly. Accomadated our own birthday cake.
Went in spontaneously and was amazing. Gave my child colouring items which was a win straight away sorted foor and drinks which were all great too. Would go again

Manager not particularly welcoming or vocal on arrival. Had to ask for cutlery, sugar etc on a not particularly busy day. Girls serving were fab. Food lovely.
