We had our lunch there today and it was excellent. Very friendly staff and the food was very good. The Pods are brilliant and i would highly recommend a visit.
Really good menu and beautifully executed. I particularly enjoyed the Squid starter, but the whole meal and atmosphere was lovely. No finer example of a traditional country pub, mixed with a great dining experience.
Food is always very good and the ‘booths’ are a lovely feature for an intimate, cosy setting. Staff remember you from previous visits and make you feel very welcome. Reasonable prices, lovely peacocks that live on site.
