Always go to The Emperor when it's a special occasion such as a 18th birthday and my parents always go there to celebrate their wedding anniversary.
Its a beautiful place decorated in a Chinese theme with tables varying from the romantic table for two to tables easily seating parties of 12 and probably larger. The all you can eat menu is well worth the price at £18 per head. The food is divine, beautifully presented (comes with edible little flowers and sometimes even little statues of Chinese dragons), huge range of dishes and with 4 courses to eat through you most certainly won't be leaving on a empty stomach. The drinks however are rather over priced and you can easily pay a fortune on them, highly recommended to order a jug of water (its free and comes with ice).
The staff have always been polite, well mannered and eager to serve whenever I have been there and the waiting times between each course can sometimes be a bit lengthy when busy at roughly about 15mins however its well worth it and with the sizes you probably do want to give it a bit before tucking in again.
Only restaurant I have been too again, again and again and always left satisfied
The food here is amazing! We visit when we are staying with our great friends in hersham , just wished had a place like this in Stafford, Staffordshire. Suppose 3 hrs too far for delivery!!!
It was an absolute delight dining in this restaurant. I went with a friend and the service was amazing the staff were super helpful and funny. The food was also gorgeous one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been too!
I absolutely loved the food here. Staff polite and masked up, service fast. Was given snakes while I waited. Ribs were taken off the bone. I'm beyond impressed 👏🏾. Also very clean.
Had a super birthday dinner for Jessica. It is not a cheap night out though! It cost c.£250 for 6 of us. Includes alcohol though. Great service though. Food was really good too.
I normally eat in but tonight I stopped for takeaway as a treat. I've never had takeaway from here before and I won't be again, I wish I'd gone to my normal takeaway. How eat in and takeaway could be so different is beyond me.
Favourite Chinese restaurant in the area. Evening set price meal, you can choose from all the classic dishes which are cooked to order. Food is fresh, tasty and there's plenty of it. Staff are friendly and efficient.
Would get 5 stars but the restaurant itself is a little tired and gets cold.
Amazing customer service, 14 of us came for my birthday meal last night and the man serving us was great. Advised us on what to order and just made the whole evening so pleasant. Very good with my friend who had a peanut allergy. Thanks for such a fun evening, the food was also great

Absolutely love this place and have been a regular here since they opened.
Always had wonderful food and amazing service. When the social distancing rules came in we felt extremely safe here and watched how well they cleaned tables and chairs after customers left. We’ve had a few deliveries lately and they too are tasty as always. We wouldn’t go anywhere else
Really really good food! Very flavorful and good quantities.
Moreover, the people running this place seem to be genuinely awesome! We ordered on Uber eats and not sure what happened, but the address in the order ended up being incorrect! To add to all of this, the shameless people at the wrong address kept the food! 😡
Despite all this, the folks at Emperor cooked us a fresh order and sent it to our correct address! Most other places would have just pointed to the technical/ user error and done nothing about it, but these guys just took care of it. Such great customer service is commendable and we will definitely be ordering again, and have already told all our friends in the area about them!

Love this place staff are great whether catering for a big group or an intimate two food is always consistently good and you never leave hungry.
Staff cant do enough although thes srvice can be a little slow at times especially when really busy but that's a plus for me hate being rushed and it gives smokers time for that quick smoke and a chance for the conversation to flow. Always a good atmosphere and very reasonably priced.
So if you want great food a good time in a relaxed atmosphere whether it's you and the misses a group of friends or a party without breaking the bank I thoroughly recommend
My partner and I ate here last night after I had been craving a Chinese (being heavily pregnant) 🙈 We didn't book and the restaurant was full, yet we were offered to sit outside and we found the management to be very polite and accommodating to us, and they moved us inside when a table was available. The food came out piping hot and well portioned, and all in all we had a lovely experience there and the staff, although very busy, were always really pleasant.
Always a great experience when getting food from here, the quality and portions are fantastic.
I’ve read the negative reviews and it seems people just like a moan. I’ve used this place for 5 years and NEVER had an issue with their food, service or staff.

This is my experience, I have been to this restaurant many times. The food yesterday was a delight. It came out pipping hot, the duck was cooked to perfection. The food was not greasy.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall 10/10
