I've come to this Costa quite a lot before and it's always been nice, but I had an amazing experience with one of the Costa staff. She offered me to try a drink I've never drunk to taste it, and was super helpful and friendly. She made my day, and I'll definitely be coming back again. :)
I visit costa Walthamstow Selborne mall branch almost every day for my coffee. I must admit and appreciate the staff you have in this branch is amazing, helpful & caring. There is a staff member named Mehnour/Marry I must say she is the best staff you ppl have along with other as well but she is the one who understand the customer requirements and cater them accordingly.

Not bad for a coffee when you have finished your shopping
Costa coffee is brilliant Staff there are really good job There really know how to lock off the customers I personally enjoy myself in Costa coffee
This is the only Costa that always gets it right. I can sit back and enjoy my coffee. Staff are extremely pleasant and actually listen to how you want your drink. There's always a well stocked selection of hot and cold snacks. The place is always kept clean toilets are always spotless I can't fault this place
This is great coffee stop before or after shopping in the local Walthamstow Mall. Staff are friendly, and fast at delivering your coffee. Seating is limited and comfortable but there are lots of other spaces outside. It's a well organised place.
Good place for family's to have a cup of tea or coffee and other drinks and staff are friendly
Jack, Liliana and the whole crew are extremely professional and easy going. They provide an excellent customer service. I always feel welcome and well looked after. I’m a regular and sometimes if they don’t have my favourite sandwich I get it from another costa and consume it at their place 😀
Decent Costa branch. Not sure it had a toilet? Americano was *strong*!
Nice, friendly staff. Great Americano. Comfy seating with good views over Town Square for a little people watching.
Although busy the service is quick. Has loyalty card scheme.
